Find a comfortable seat or a position lying down where you can be completely comfortable and at ease.
A place where you can be undisturbed,
Warm and cozy as we journey forth to meet your spirit guide today.
And let's start by taking some deep cleansing breaths.
We're going to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth and each time we exhale out through the mouth I want you to let that breath sink into your whole body allowing it to relax and be at ease.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Exhale out through the mouth.
Inhaling,
Exhaling to relax,
Exhaling to relax.
And start to bring your breath in and out through your nose as deeply and as fully as you possibly can.
Taking the breath down into the pit of your belly,
Inhaling as full as you can and exhaling as deeply,
Releasing as much as you can.
And as you breathe I'd like you to take a brief scan of the body and just noticing if you're holding tension anywhere unnecessarily.
The hands,
The feet,
The jaw,
The forehead and when you notice any tension on your next exhale breath just send the breath there and allow that part of the body to release.
There's nothing to do but be here for these next few moments.
Nothing to do but be here,
Focus on you and receive your guidance today.
And as you breathe deep into your belly I want you to imagine that inside of your heart is a beautiful bright white light.
See this light,
Visualize it and as you continue to breathe deeply in and out through your nose imagine this light starts to move throughout your entire body.
Notice if this light is moving fast or slow.
As you do so and as you breathe can you encourage this light to move slower as if it was swirling like water throughout your entire system.
And as well as visualizing can you notice any feeling sensation in your body,
Maybe a tingling,
Maybe a tingling,
A warmth.
Notice any sensations present right here,
Right now.
Continuing to breathe I now want you to imagine that you are standing in a wood,
A forest and in fact you're standing in a clearing of this forest.
There seems to have been a campfire in front of you,
Perhaps the embers still burning,
Perhaps there are remnants of where people were maybe moments ago and you feel safe and held here to meet your spirit guide today.
And I want you to go and take a seat by this fire in the middle of this clearing and I want you in your head or out loud to give blessings to your spirit guide.
To say I give blessings to my spirit guide and pray for them to step forward.
And after some time you notice a presence to your right or your left,
Perhaps a gentle hand on your shoulder and trusting whatever you can see or feel.
You notice beside you now a person,
A being.
It might just be a feeling,
It might be crystal clear.
I want you to notice what you can about this person,
This guide,
This being.
And I want you to notice any details about this person,
This guide,
This being.
It might be hazy,
Might be crystal clear,
But most importantly trusting whatever you can hear or see.
I want you to ask them their name and notice the first thing that pops into your head.
And I want you to ask this guide what their purpose is on your journey.
What their purpose is on your journey.
Noticing the first thing that they say and this guide now is going to give you another piece of guidance,
Something to help you on your journey.
Right,
That might be symbolic,
It might be instructive,
It might be an item or word or feeling.
Trust whatever's come up for you and equally if nothing has come up for you today that's totally okay.
You may have met this guide before,
Maybe it's the first time you've met them.
Know that this guide is here to support you on your journey and this guide wants to be involved in your life so know that the more you connect to them,
The more you ask them to be present,
Perhaps every morning or perhaps before bed,
The more they will start to support you in your life.
So take a moment to say thank you to your guide,
However you see fit and come to rest in front of this campfire embers.
We're going to start to deepen the breath and as you deepen the breath we're going to slowly let the visualization go.
Taking a deep inhale and a deep exhale.
Two more deep inhale,
Exhale release.
Deep inhale and a big sigh out through the mouth.
Deep inhale and a big sigh out through the mouth.
Noticing your body back where you began in your room or wherever you may be,
Gently bringing some awareness back to the body,
The hands and the feet and when you're ready opening the eyes.
Feel free to journal anything that's come up for you today and you can repeat this meditation as often as you like,
