The most important questions to ask yourself now in 2026 is what do I feel?

Being connected to your feelings?

What is my intuition telling me?

What do I think about this?

There are so many experts,

AI bots,

Reels,

Information,

Marketing,

So many things you're trying to change your mind.

The most important thing you can do is to be grounded in your own reality,

Your own truth.

For this kind of grounding mentally,

You actually need to do things with your hands.

Bake some potatoes,

Do some gardening,

Slice the bread,

Make the soup,

Clean the floor,

Do as many things as you can with your hands because it connects you to your body,

It connects you to the present moment.

In Buddhism,

There's this concept that the most important thing is the true and the real.

Everything that's the true and the real,

Everything that's reality has wisdom to it and we're increasingly disconnected from reality itself.

So the big point I want to make is your feelings matter,

Connect to your feelings,

You have an intuition,

It's the best source of information,

Much better than what anyone in the world will tell you.

Self-compassion is listening to your inner voice and if you can't hear your inner voice,

Get yourself in the body.

Do a very strong workout,

Then take a hot bath and ask yourself,

Do I want to do something or get a massage or do stretching at home or horseback ride,

Hike,

Rock climb,

Garden,

Anything that gets you in the body connects you to your intuition.

And in our time,

The only people who will be successful are the people who can connect to themselves and their intuition.

I'm Elizabeth Paijo and I'm here to help you connect with self-compassion to yourself and with compassion to the whole world so you can find more happiness.
