Feel the heaviness of your legs,
The groundedness of your feet.
Relax the whole body.

I wish for every being on this earth love and calm.
And may my speech bring that into the world.
I wish for every being on earth,
Including myself,
Love and calm.
And may my words bring that into the world.
I wish for all beings love and calm.
And may my tone bring that into the world.
May my words express happiness and create happiness.
May my words create the image of joy.
May my words express care and belonging,
Insight and love.
Letting that intention come into every cell
And come into the body and come into the heart.
