Exhaling through the mouth for two,

And beginning by tuning into your breath as always.
Feel one hand inside the other.
Let the hands rest on your lap.
Let your body for a few minutes rest in the chair.
And as you're sitting here,
You're gathering energy.
As you're sitting here breathing,
You're gathering energy.
Setting the intention,
I want to live a life that's vibrant.
I want to live a life that's joyful.
Setting the intention,
I want to wake up every morning with energy.
And now that you've set the intention,
Knowing the intention is there,
And you will move toward it,
Taking a moment to thank yourself for doing the work to contribute to your self-compassion,
To your growth,
To your compassion for others.
And there's energy and connection.
Take your hand and put it on your heart and feel the connection of hand to heart.
Feel that energy between your palm and your chest.
And just take a moment to feel at the heart.
Attention is energy.
For just a few moments,
Let your full attention be on your heart,
On the palm,
On the warmth,
On your beating heart.
Notice what's there and let this heart connect to other hearts.

May this heart open and support all of life.
