What we focus on grows. When we judge or criticize, we feed the very patterns we want to escape. In this brief inspiring talk, I explain how releasing blame and choosing forgiveness frees your subconscious, allowing your life to follow your intentions instead of your fears.

What we focus on expands.

When you focus on what you or others did wrong,

That expands and the situation repeats itself.

When you release,

Let go,

And forgive,

You become free of that pattern or cycle.

So basically,

Everything we judge and everything we criticize comes back to us.

By fearing it or judging it,

We actually create it.

So how does this work?

What's the mechanism behind that?

Any situation that we criticize or that we judge enters deeply into our subconscious because there's an aggression there.

There's an energy there.

And because it is in our subconscious,

Our subconscious then creates our outer reality.

So to change everything in our lives,

We do the work of forgiving and becoming fearless.

You will have a lot of energy when you'll be ready to accept any turn of events,

Any person,

Anything without criticism.

And things will go according to your intentions,

Not according to your fears.
