Good morning.

Let's go ahead and set some positive intentions for your day.

If you haven't already,

Begin by finding a comfortable,

Quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit up straight or lie down gently.

Close your eyes and begin to relax.

As you breathe,

Take a deep,

Cleansing breath in.

And then blow it out and begin to drop in.

Another deep,

Cleansing breath in.

Blow it out and just sigh out the breath.

Ah.

.

.

Settling in and deepening into your body.

As you settle and deepen,

Just imagine,

Visualize or sense an intention that your soul has for you today.

And that intention is presented as a word that bobbles up from deep within you,

Helping you to know exactly what you need today and what would best support you throughout your day.

So go ahead and let that word bubble up,

Whatever you're most needing right now.

Let that word just bubble up now from deep within you.

And after you have received your first word,

You notice that there is a second word bobbling up,

A companion word that helps support the first word.

A second word bobbles up from deep within you and you find that it is the perfect companion word for your first word,

Helping you understand where best to focus your energies today.

You allow these words to blend and merge within your mind and in your body.

As you imagine these words guiding you throughout your day in the most positive and supportive way.

And now draw these positive intentions into your heart so they may guide you throughout your day and night.

With a smile on your face and gratitude in your heart,

You move your body around,

Coming back into the room.

Open your eyes,

Aware and awake and ready to move on with a wonderfully positive day.
