Hi and welcome to this peaceful morning meditation.

Taking just a moment to be with yourself and creating some space for peace.

A few mindful moments of peace are all that is needed to recenter you and relax you and set you up for a beautiful,

Peaceful day.

So to begin,

Find a comfortable,

Quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit up straight or lie down gently,

Close your eyes and just begin to relax.

As you take a few deep breaths,

You allow yourself to become even more centered and present right here and right now.

Take a moment now to call to mind a time when you felt completely relaxed and at peace.

Experience that pure peace and relaxation as if it is happening right now.

As you experience feeling completely relaxed and at peace,

Notice the sensations in your body.

Next,

Notice what is happening in your mind.

Notice how quiet and calm it has become.

Hold these feelings of peace in your body and in your mind for a moment longer.

Notice how wonderful it feels to generate your own deep sense of peace and relaxation.

And finally,

If it feels right,

Send that peaceful,

Relaxed feeling forward to greet you throughout your day.

And when you are ready,

Slowly and gently move your body around.

Coming fully back into the room now,

Open your eyes,

Aware and awake,

Feeling peaceful and ready to move on with your day.

Peace be with you.
