We're going to explore a technique you can use instead of worrying,
Especially if you're in a really challenging situation where there is a lot of uncertainty involved.
In these situations,
It's easy to feel helpless,
So we kind of default to worrying.
I know sometimes it feels like if we worry,
We're actually doing something productive to help a person or a situation.
So instead of worrying,
I would like to invite you to try something different.
So to begin,
Get into a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And take three deep breaths into your body.
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
Breathe in,
And place your hand over your heart,
And fill your heart with love and peace.
Breathe in,
And relax.
I invite you to call to mind that person or situation that you're currently worrying about.
Call that situation to mind now,
And the worry you've been feeling about it.
Next,
I want you to call as many angels as you can to the situation.
Just imagine sending as many angels and prayers of light and love as you can right now,
Trusting that the angels will know best how to resolve this situation for the highest good of all.
Imagine your prayers helping and uplifting the people and situation in even better ways than you could have imagined.
See those you were worried about finding their way through with peace in their heart.
Send prayers of it all working out for the best and highest good of all.
Then breathe in,
And breathe out,
And let go to the angels,
Trusting them to support and help in the perfect ways and at the perfect time.
Breathe in,
And breathe out,
And let go into the stillness.
There's nothing more to do here.

Just rest in the peace and the comfort,
And when you are ready,
Move your body around and come back into the room.
