During our time,

We are going to take a moment out to savor and feel deeply grateful in a few key areas of your life.

Remember that whatever we appreciate gets stronger and brings even more good into our life.

So,

As you listen to the prompts,

Feel the wonderful feelings that deep gratitude brings.

Let's begin.

What aspect of your health are you deeply grateful for today?

What element of your job are you deeply grateful for today?

What is one surprising thing that you are deeply grateful for?

Next,

Send a few mental hugs to those lovely souls that you are deeply grateful to call friends.

Wonderful.

As you come back into the room,

Feeling the deeply grateful feelings,

Just gently place a hand over your heart center,

Holding these wonderful feelings there in your heart to be with you throughout your day and night.

And as you go through your day,

Whenever something upsetting happens,

You remember to place a hand over your heart and recall these deeply grateful feelings once again.

With a gentle smile on your lips,

You come fully back into the room,

Feeling grateful and ready to move on with your day.
