Good morning.

I'm grateful you're here with me.

So let's go ahead and generate some gratitude and happy energy with your eyes open or closed.

Breathe and relax and let's reflect on these questions.

Number one,

What is one triumph that you experienced recently?

Bask in that feeling of having something go your way.

Next,

Let's focus on small moments of gratitude.

Call to mind one small moment that you thoroughly enjoyed and felt grateful for recently.

Wonderful.

Now,

Ask yourself what went right and see what comes up that you can be grateful for.

And finally,

Bring to mind your favorite music.

Listen for it inside and as you listen,

Smile and let it wash over you,

Filling you with happiness and gratitude.

Allowing yourself to bask in these grateful feelings for a few moments more and letting that gratitude fill your heart to overflowing.

With a smile on your face,

You remember that focusing on the small moments of joy or gratitude invites even greater happiness into your day.

And so just move your body around and come back into the room.

Open your eyes,

Feeling wonderful,

Uplifted and delighted,

Ready to move on to a wonderful day.
