There are loads of studies on how adding a gratitude practice increases your overall happiness and well-being.
So with that in mind,
During this session,
I will invite you to choose one thing to be grateful for in five major areas of your life.
I will lead you through the prompts step by step,
So you can just relax and let the gratitude flow from you.
So for now,
Just breathe deep and you can close your eyes or keep them open,
But just get into a comfortable position and relax for a moment.
With each prompt,
You will be given about a minute to express out loud or silently as many things that you feel grateful for in each of these areas of your life.
There is no wrong way to do this,
So just let whatever comes to mind be expressed freely.
So let's begin with your personal life.
