Hello and welcome to Reiki with Liberian Quartz. Today's meditation is being held in the woods, So you may hear a variety of wild and organic sounds. From birds to wind chimes. Just allow the sounds to be part of the experience. Knowing that they are temporary. They come and they go. Just like a puff of a breeze. As we join ourselves here together today to work with the energy of Lemurian. Moment to get comfortable. And buckle your seatbelt. Because I can already tell this is going to be an intense ride. Let's start off. By just becoming more present. Not just of our surroundings. But within ourselves. As I hold these Lemurian quartz in my hand. I immediately feel like I am plugged into a power grid. Just like the Reiki does. It seems like it's entering through the crown of my head. And also my hands where the crystals are. Coursing through my body like electricity. Leaving no cell untouched. Let's just take a few natural breaths here. Inviting this energy in. Allowing to permeate all facets of our being. Noticing what it is like to allow yourself to be charged. To be energized. To feel fully alive. Every time you breathe in. More energy is filling you. And as you breathe out, That energy is moving around your body. Notice your relationship to receiving. Are you able to do it with ease? Why are you fighting it a bit? And if so. . . Isn't that what you're here for? To receive. You are safe here. Within yourself. He will only show. To a place that feels comfortable. To a place that you allow. And the Reiki would never harm you. In fact, It's bringing you more life force energy. The question then becomes. . . Are you open to receiving it? Oh, Yes. Now we're saying yes. That's nice, Right? Feeling full. It almost has an effervescent quality to it. Now, What if you could accept a little bit more. Than what you're comfortable with. Still a safe measure. But just. . . A step further. Than you would usually take. Taking your foot off of the brake. What would it be like? If you just allowed yourself to flow. Without being so. Locked down all the time. What if you were just as you are? Can we feel what that would be like for a moment? The physical sense. What might it feel like? To not be tired all the time. What would it feel like if we had an unlimited amount of energy? What would the potential be? Could it be? And actually is. Opening the field of your potential now. Consciously. Opening a door. Stepping through. Into a new realm of your being. The highest version of yourself. On all planes of existence. The earth below. Sky above. And you conductor of energy in between. Thank you. You have the choice. To feel the energy coming in. And how you choose to expand them. Is there a balance of the two? Giving. Receiving. But what if it's not just holding on? Or letting go. But flow. Movement. Constantly plugged into source, This energy moves through you and around you. This. Is abundance. Potential is not something that you become. It's something. You already are. It's how you decide to utilize that potential. Breathe into it. Relinquish the control and just for a moment, See, Feel, Breathe into where that potential can take you. Don't worry. I've got you here. Buckle down. The cord is infinitely long, So let yourself go. Find your way back to Earth now. Not to where you were when you began. And yet different. Majorly shifted, Really. Take a moment to re-habitat your physical body. Allow this expanded presence to reoccupy all of your being. In the charge of yourselves. Potential. It's always there. Waiting for you. To come act in. Take a moment. Your strengths.
