Fletcher here from Elevate and today you're joining me for a Reiki session.
I've lit a candle and some incense,
Protected my space and yours.
I have a big selenite wand sitting across my lap that has been acting like a seatbelt lately in all of my energy work.
And a special Septurian guest that's shaped like a bear that I've had for over a decade that I got on a special trip to Santa Fe.
This is a super ancient stone that really connects with the earth and grounding.
So I have also connected with the ascended masters.
If you would like to connect with anyone,
Guides,
Spirits,
Benevolent beings,
Take that time and inset that intention now.
Reiki is a healing light where we are all safe,
Protected,
And receiving exactly what we need in this moment.
It also can transcend time and space.
So no matter when you listen to this,
You will be receiving healing Reiki energy.
Take a nice deep breath in and out.
Feel yourself beginning to settle.
Notice how your body position is if you're laying or sitting,
And what's connecting you to the earth,
Your bed,
Your chair,
Maybe you're even laying directly on it.
And you sense your energy down,
Down,
Down,
Deep within,
Like you're growing a tap root.
You connect with Mother Earth,
Gaia,
Feeling the energy in your body settling even deeper,
Down into yourself,
And also down within her.
Within her chambers,
You feel like a safe cocoon,
Receiving exactly what you need in this moment.
You feel intense earth energy seeping into you from all directions.
This cocoon opens up into a cavern covered in crystals.
And you are positioned on something that's so comfortable.
Within this crystal cavern is a crystal stream,
Slow moving,
Deep waters.
Healing waters that move even deeper into the earth.
You're sensing yourself within the crystal cavern.
Just looking around,
Soaking up all that it has to offer you.
You feel so connected.
Breathing,
As if every time that you breathe,
She breathes.
You feel the gentle pulse of the earth's energy within you and around you.
One thing comes to your mind that you wish could be healed.
And in just thinking it,
The crystal cavern hears you,
Brings this energy to you,
Surrounding this thing in love and light.
And while you are connected to the earth,
Mother,
You are also connected into the universe with spirit.
And so you are suspended between the earth and all that is.
In this moment you have infinite awareness.
You are infinitely connected.
And you receive all around you,
As if your entire being is a sponge,
Just soaking up exactly what you need and allowing it to happen.
Allowing permission to yourself to heal.
Notice what your physical self feels like.
Keep receiving,
Allowing and opening to what you need.
Opening your metaphysical eyes,
You listen and receive.
You feel yourself like a battery being charged.
Allow spirit to continue your journey.
Receiving,
Visualizing.
All senses aware.
Continue to receive.
You are connected.
You are receiving everything you need in this moment.
And now is the only moment that ever was or ever will be.
So let's move,
Close,
Convoy up.
You are so thankful for all that the earth provides.
And in fact you are humbled to be here.
Connected.
And sharing this moment together.
There is no pain.
No pain.
No pain.
I want you to receive Reiki healing energy from the earth,
The universe,
The ascended masters,
And any special connections that you may have made in the beginning.
The energy is quite strong.
The earth has love for you and you for it.
You have a place in the universe.
Allow the universe to guide you.
Know what it feels like to be in the flow.
Moving with the current.
The current that is best for you.
And how do you know?
By the way that it makes you feel deep within yourself.
It makes you feel content.
It makes you feel true.
Grounded.
And the anxiety and fear just vanishes.
Doesn't even exist.
Because you are in the right place at the right time.
So go with it.
Allow it to happen.
Embrace it.
Embrace it.
You are still connected.
Still healing.
Still receiving.
Still allowing.
Still embracing.
And now smiling.
You feel your soul smiling.
Your whole being feels like a smile.
Choreography.
You begin to become aware of your surroundings once again.
Acknowledging a reiki,
A healing connection and experience we've had.
Knowing that you can connect to the earth and universe anytime.
Remember this feeling when questioning whether you're in the flow.
Because if you feel like this,
The answer is yes.
