This is Fletcher and to thank you for joining me here.

The intention of this meditation is to simply allow,

If you're not really sure what you're looking for,

Some things you could keep in mind might be feelings of heaviness,

Pain,

Stagnation.

You may even relate a color,

But the thing is you don't need to do anything but hold your awareness in the specific body part that's mentioned and observe.

So take a moment,

Get comfortable,

Even more comfortable than you already are,

And take a deep breath or two to signify the start of your practice.

Starting with the whole body,

How does your whole body feel?

How about the entire front,

The entire whole body,

Bringing your attention to your head,

Everything above the neck,

Now your face,

Zoning in the space between your eyes,

The right temple,

The right ear,

Left ear,

The entire right side of the head,

The entire left side,

The crown of your head,

Back of your head,

And the beginnings of the neck and throat,

The center channel,

Center channel of the crown to the central channel in the Shashuna,

And this central channel moves down into your torso,

The entire back,

Moving your awareness to the front side of the torso,

So the shoulders moving through the chest,

And the fingertips,

Your attention moves through them,

Up the arms,

Into your central channel,

Checking in with the whole right side of the torso,

The whole,

Meeting in the middle,

Feeling the all of the central channel moving down each leg into the knees,

Central channel moving from the soles of the feet,

Entire first toe,

Second toe,

The entire front,

The entire,

The entire,

The entire body,

Begin to become aware of your surrounding,

Attention come watching it flow,

Be sure it made you feel,

And if you know somebody else that you think it could benefit,

Please share it with them.
