You will soon find that,
Oh thoughts are in this space.
Objects come up in this space,
Stay for a while,
Go away.
Husband comes into this knowingness and leaves.
Emotions come up in this and they settle down.
The space remains untouched.
Hold on to the space,
Not to these objects.
Soon you will realise this highest knowledge.
Actually,
Every meditation has this purpose that you leave that object and you just sink into the void,
The silence.
But we are so interested in the objects that we don't hold on to silence.
We feel very restless in the silence.
If you make yourself comfortable in that silence of awareness,
You've mastered it.
You don't need anything else.
Then everything will automatically drop off.
You don't have to drop it.
It will drop.
It will shed off.
Like skin sheds off for a snake automatically.
