The simple recognition that you're operating beneath a limiting belief is often enough awareness to break through it.
Our biggest enemy in this life is our unconscious energy,
The unconscious thoughts and limiting beliefs that run the show.
We don't realize what we don't realize.

What is a new thought that you can fill your mind and your heart with?
