Hi my friend,

You are allowed to pause here and rest your mind on this moment.

Close your eyes if you'd like and allow every muscle in your body to completely soften.

You can stop climbing the mountain and just rest here,

Let go here.

Big exhale,

Allow your hands to rest,

Softening your palms and releasing any grip you have.

Maybe you notice a physical grip here or maybe more of an energetic grip.

My friend,

What if you don't have to grit your teeth and try so hard?

What if it doesn't always have to be an uphill battle?

There is room for ease here.

It could be easy.

What would easy feel like to you?

What would it mean to bring in this energy of ease?

There can be a softness here,

A trust.

My friend,

What if it could be easy?

We spend so much of our lives bracing for impact,

Overthinking every step,

Trying to control every outcome.

We are taught that if it isn't hard,

It must not be working,

And that the struggle is the sign we are doing it right.

But what if that's not true?

What if the path unfolds when we soften our grip,

Release the tension and let things be simple?

It can be uncomplicated.

It can be clear.

My friend,

Can you trust that things will begin to shift the moment you stop trying so hard?

It could be easy.

Feel the softening.

Where can you welcome in ease?

Where in your life is asking you for it to be easy?

For you to soften?

Gentle breath in.

Let it all go.

Maybe feel the shift in your nervous system.

A new perspective.

May you continue to ask yourself and remind yourself,

What if it could be easy?

Let this energy carry you.

Become aware of the chair beneath you,

Holding you.

Start to awaken to your surroundings,

The world outside of you.

Slowly reintegrate back into your body.

Into this world,

This reality of yours.

And carry with you ease,

A softening.

Slow breath in.

Slower exhale.

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed.

My friend,

You deserve ease.

You don't have to try so hard.

From my heart to yours.
