Hi my friend,

This is a short and sweet meditation for you.

Maybe if you're feeling overwhelmed,

Sometimes there can feel like a lot is swirling,

It feels like too much.

This is for you to find that calm within the chaos,

To pause and feel peace.

If it feels right,

Close your eyes and place both hands over your heart.

Really press into you.

Let this ground you.

Take a full breath in.

Big audible sigh.

Two more like that.

Inhale deeply.

Big sigh.

Let something go.

Set it free.

Inhale.

Sigh it out.

Two short inhales through the nose.

One long exhale out your mouth.

Let's begin.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Let it go.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Let it go.

Feel the stress,

The anxiety leave your body.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Big exhale.

You can only control your reaction,

Your breath.

Let go of all you cannot control.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Big exhale.

You are shifting your state right now.

Start to feel this warm light surrounding you,

Protecting you.

Breathe in.

Inhale.

Let it go.

Exhale.

Coming back home to you,

Where you belong,

Where it's safe.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Big release.

You are safe here.

You are a safe place to land.

One more breath in.

Big sigh.

If it feels right,

Wrap your arms around you.

Give yourself a hug,

A warm embrace.

Remind yourself that you've got you.

You are always what you need.

Whenever it feels like too much,

Come back to you.

You got this,

I'm sending you so much light and love.

Let's take one more collective breath together.
