Hi my friend,

Arrive in this moment,

Despite any anxiety that you feel,

Know that in this very moment you are okay.

Gently close your eyes if you'd like.

Breathe in slow,

Exhale slower.

Allow your hands to rest on your lap,

Maybe palms down for more grounded energy.

Feel your feet rooted,

Rooted into the earth,

The ground that is non-moving,

Despite all that is swirling within you.

You are on steady ground.

Breathe in,

Big sigh.

I invite you to enjoy breathing,

We'll inhale,

On your exhale,

Allow this breath,

This exhale to soothe your nervous system,

Inhale,

Exhale,

And let it go,

Starting to feel your body melt,

Release,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Start to feel maybe a subtle shift,

A gentle steadiness.

Breathe in,

Let it go,

Repeat this practice as needed.

Use your breath to calm your heart,

Your nervous system.

You are held,

You are safe,

From my heart to yours.
