In this meditation, Ed explores trust not as a belief you adopt, but as a felt experience that emerges when the nervous system softens and old emotional holding begins to release. Together, we’ll gently uncover what has made trusting feel unsafe, and how meeting those places with compassion allows trust to arise naturally from within. Through guided meditation, reflection, and shared presence, you’ll be supported in letting go of control and reconnecting with a deeper inner stability that doesn’t depend on circumstances. This is an invitation to experience trust as something lived in the body and heart—not something you have to figure out with the mind. Come as you are, and allow yourself to discover what it feels like to rest, even briefly, in the knowing that you are supported.
