Reiki Beaming Meditation

Beaming is a Reiki practice but also formed around principles that could be attributed to Yoga, Buddhism, Quantum Physics, and more. Its simplicity reminds us of the fact that we're all talking about the same things in different ways. Offering love, care, positive energy, intention, and presence to anything can have a transformative effect. This is also a part of a larger meditation series incorporated in Reiki Level 1 and 2.
