What was I capable of today?

Write the options that were adhered to throughout today.

The phone was used only for the purposes of this meditation.

Option 2.

I disconnected from all social media.

Option 3.

I did not listen to music.

Option 4.

I did not watch any movies,

Including Plus18 content.

Option 5.

I did not consume tea or coffee.

Option 6.

I did not consume sweets.

Option 7.

I did not consume salt.

Option 8.

I did not consume any animal products.

Meat,

Fish,

Dairy,

Eggs,

Cheese.

Option 9.

I did not consume any baked goods,

Bread,

Pastries,

Buns,

Cookies.

Option 10.

I maintained silence.

Option 11.

I spoke only when necessary if someone asked me something.

I will abstain from eating sweets.

Option 7.

I will refrain from using salt.

I will abstain from consuming any animal products,

Meat,

Fish,

Dairy,

Eggs,

Cheese.

Option 9.

I will abstain from eating any baked goods,

Bread,

Pastries,

Cookies,

Etc.

Option 10.

I will remain in silence.

Option 11.

I will speak only when necessary and only if someone asks me something.

Please remember that you can only miss meditation three times.

Previously,

You set the rule to meditate once in the morning and once in the evening.

If you happen to miss either of the two sessions,

Count it as one missed session.

If you miss three times,

It's game over.

You will self-delete and can choose to start over if you wish.
