Welcome to meditation.
Thank you for yesterday.
My voice is a little bit back today.
So here we go.
Welcome.
So today's meditation we're going to dive a little bit deeper into the safety that we may or may not feel in terms of surrender to the divine.
Most of us,
Believe it or don't,
Don't actually feel safe,
Period.
Think about it for a second.
If you grew up with some degree of trauma in your childhood,
Which is almost everybody to a small or big degree,
Was your childhood safe?
And that lack of safety is often stored in the body,
Often the lower chakras,
The first,
Second chakra,
Which can lead to hip issues,
Back pain,
Leg issues,
Stability issues,
Those kinds of things.
And sometimes pelvic issues,
Sexual issues,
And so on,
Whatever.
Safety is something that if we don't feel in our childhood,
It's really impossible to feel in ourselves,
Let alone surrender to spirit,
Which is something we've talked about a lot in these meditations.
How can we surrender to the divine or God self if we don't feel safe?
So this meditation is about surrendering to safety,
Stepping into the divine I am,
And knowing that we're supported.
So go ahead and close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
Focus on that low,
Slow flow of breath in and out.
Belly rises and belly falls.
With your eyes closed,
Soften your forehead.
Relax the cheek.
Allow the jaw to loosen.
Part the teeth a bit.
And become more present.
During your breath.
As it enters and exits.
And listen to that belly rise and fall with each breath.
As the breath enters and exit with some great ease.
Think of the lowest part of your spine,
The very bottom.
This is called your first chakra.
Mulabandha is the other word,
It's often given from Sanskrit.
Our grounding chakra.
Our rooting.
Our safety.
And breathe.
Imagine if you will,
In this chakra,
A red,
Golden light that's circular.
And allow it to spin clockwise or counterclockwise,
It does not matter.
And just breathe.
Being present,
The lowest part of your body.
Asking yourself,
Do I feel safe?
And breathe.
On your next inhale,
Imagine yourself in a beautiful place in nature.
Beautiful grass,
Trees,
Mountains,
Waterfall.
Rivers and ocean,
Whatever you need.
To feel safe.
You are an expression of the divine and human body.
And you're not just a small little body that you are,
You are much bigger.
So as you see yourself in this meditation.
Imagine now.
That you're a mountain.
Visualize a massive mountain.
This is who you are.
I am sturdy.
I am the mountain.
I am the mountain.
I am safe.
Think of that massive mountain.
That mountain mountain feel safe to be here.
Not freaked out or worried from their childhood.
But determined.
Affirmed.
And solid in its beingness.
As you breathe.
As you breathe into this energy of this beautiful mountain.
You see.
This mountain does not struggle to prove its worth.
Knows.
Knows if it's important.
And hold the space.
Firmly.
Confidently.
Without doubting.
Invite that energy into your body.
You are this mountain and this mountain is you.
You are.
You are safe.
Supported.
Unwavering.
And your importance.
And great.
You come from the energy of safety and solidity.
You have been.
And always will be.
Let that energy of safety and strength from this massive mountain.
Be present for you right now.
As you do that.
You may start to feel more of a grounded feeling in your body.
Maybe.
Maybe tingles in that lower chakra.
Maybe releases in those hips.
Or maybe nothing.
And just breathe.
The story from your childhood.
The pain of the trauma.
Lack of safety and fear.
Yes,
That was an experience.
It's become part of the ego and part of the neural structure in your body.
But it is not who you are.
You are this mountain.
Your love.
Your support.
Your infinite strength.
As you breathe in.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Allowing the strength to be felt in your table.
In your hips,
And in your legs.
As you breathe.
There was a knowing when you came on the planet.
That no matter what happened.
Would return to finding the safety.
Finding this knowing.
And finding this worth.
As you breathe.
As you hold this mountain your mind's eye.
Knowing that this is who you are.
Grounded.
Secure and stable.
With infinite safety and peace inside of you.
Just let that move into every cell of your body.
And breathe.
On your next breath.
Bring all the focus and attention again back to the lowest chakra.
Right at the very base of your table.
Right at the bottom.
Again that right red glowing.
Spheric energy.
See it there.
Spinning.
And holding you.
And breathe.
As you visualize that red,
Beautiful chakra.
You might see it pulsating.
You might see it pulsating.
You might see it spinning.
You might see the glow of it.
The thing you feel the most.
Is that energy of the mountain.
Inside of this chakra.
The safety and support.
That has always been there.
The security.
Of that mountain.
Of your worth of your being.
Of who you are.
As you breathe.
On your next few breaths.
Visualize,
Sense,
See or feel.
Almost red energy from this chakra.
Now moving into every cell of your body.
Moving into the upper thighs.
The knees and the feet.
Grounding you.
Making you more stable.
Safety.
I am the mountain.
As you breathe.
And now move that safety and that knowing up into your pelvis.
To every cell.
Into your stomach,
Your heart.
Your shoulders.
As you breathe.
As you breathe.
I'm the mountain.
The safety of the divine.
Being held in you right now.
And now seeing all the cells in your arms and your fingertips.
Your face,
Your chin,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
All of them.
Turning red.
As that red chakra in the base of your spine is pulsating.
Holding you.
In the mountain of your safety.
As you breathe.
This last part of the meditation.
You can imagine sense,
See or feel.
Or maybe doing this after the meditation.
Imagine yourself taking your shoes off and socks off.
And walking on mother earth.
On the grass,
On the soil.
In the sand.
On the dirt.
Holding that energy of mother earth.
Rating it up and radiating up into your feet.
As you see yourself doing this.
There's an electrochemical charge.
That is going into your feet.
That has been studied.
Creating that same safety of the mountain.
I am safe.
And as you stand on this mother earth.
All of the fears,
All the worries,
All of the pain.
From that trauma.
Is leaving your body.
Entry mother earth,
Getting transmuted like that.
And coming up into your feet.
Is beautiful safety.
Beautiful security.
Magnificent love.
As you breathe.
Remember the meditation that I have taught you many times.
As you hold this in your body.
Repeating the statement.
I am as God created me.
I am as God created me.
Strong.
Versatile.
Empowered.
With grace.
And just feel that in every single cell.
Of your body.
So stay here longer.
And enjoy this.
Absolutely beautiful work.
Sending you loads of love.
And the safety of this mountain.
For today,
Tomorrow,
And the next day.
Big love.
