Great.

Hello and welcome to meditation.

Today's meditation is pulled from my own experience of my own meditation this morning.

I'd gone and practiced yoga class and meditated and wrote down a few things after my meditation.

As we remember from A Course in Miracles,

The biggest gap or problem or issue we have as humans is the idea of separation between ourselves and the divine I am.

Call it God,

The universe,

Spirit.

The idea of separation is the only problem that we have,

The only thing that needs to be forgiven and healed.

So go ahead and close your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

Just take slow deep breaths in and out.

Belly rises and belly falls.

With your eyes closed,

Settle into that breathing.

Deeply being aware of that breath.

Feel the breath enter and exit.

With your eyes closed,

Imagine a feather dropping down from the heavens.

And as this feather crosses your body,

You start to relax each moment it passes you.

Seeing the feather cross the scalp and the forehead.

Relaxing and softening.

Now seeing the feather fall further down towards your cheeks and jaws.

Relaxing,

Softening.

And now watch the feather move down the front of your body slowly and effortlessly.

And notice how each part of your body relaxes as the feather passes it.

And breathe.

When it gets to the toes,

Feel your whole body relax deeper and invite yourself to do that feather exercise a few more times.

As another feather descends from the heavens,

Systematically relaxing each body part as the feather passes it.

And breathe.

Going at your own pace.

Staying center.

Quiet and calm.

And breathe.

And the external distractions can be my blinds as the wind keeps coming in and out of the house.

Those external distractions can be not even noticed when you pay attention to their breath.

The wind chimes in the background.

The blinds as they're rustling.

And the wind as it's moving.

It's a beautiful part of Mother Nature.

As you breathe.

Allow this last feather to descend to Mother Earth.

And feel your body as if sinking deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

In today's meditation,

I'm going to read you slowly and gradually messages that came through for me after my meditation this morning.

Feel free to change the words from God,

The universe,

To the divine,

To spirit,

To love.

Whatever works best.

And as you hear the statement,

Let your body relax and see how your mind and body take in the words.

The divine is great.

The divine is good.

The divine has always been inside of you.

Accept that now.

God is great.

God is good.

God has always been inside of you.

Accept that now.

Spirit is great.

Spirit is good.

Spirit has always been inside of you.

Accept that now.

There is a simplicity and ease in knowing the fact,

This fact,

And there is truth.

There is a simplicity and ease in knowing this fact that God has always been inside of you.

There is truth here.

There is simplicity and ease in knowing this fact.

There is truth here.

Allow that in as you breathe.

The divine is good.

The divine is great.

The divine has always been inside of you.

Accept that now.

There is a simplicity and ease in knowing this fact.

There is truth here.

Allow that in and breathe.

As your breath gets deeper and calmer,

Notice your body.

As we move into the next section,

The only reason there is pain of any sort is when we crunch away from that,

From this truth.

When we withdraw from this truth of who we are or shrink away even a little bit,

Then there is pain.

Breathe into that.

God is great.

God is good.

Good.

God has always been inside of you.

Accept that now.

There is only pain of any sort when we withdraw or shrink away from this truth.

Feel that now.

Breathe.

The last statements.

Don't push to find me.

Just sink into me.

I am in you.

Surrender into me.

I am there always.

And breathe.

Don't push to find me.

Just sink into me.

Surrender into me.

I am there always.

God is great.

God is good.

God has always been inside of you.

Accept this now.

Breathe into your body as you hear these words and see what you notice.

The next few moments,

You might just hear the wind and some chimes and the blinds and some beeping in the background.

Keep your mind focused on this truth.

God is great.

God is good.

Always has been inside of you.

And just breathe into that.

You have never been separated.

You've never been alone.

That divine entity is you.

You are it.

And feel that truth as it enters your body.

As your mind slows down,

Your breath gets quieter.

I'm going to read this one more time.

Let the words enter you.

Enter the subs.

And just notice how it feels.

God is great.

God is good.

God has always been inside of you.

Accept this now.

There's a simplicity and ease in knowing this truth.

The only reason there is pain of any sort is when you crunch away from it.

When you withdraw from this truth or shrink even a little bit.

Don't push to find me.

Just think into me.

Surrender into me.

I am there always.

Feel your breath deepen.

Your mind get quieter.

As you just surrender into this truth.

Allowing the mind to sink in this knowing.

Let your breath go quieter.

Your mind get quieter.

And your whole body relax.

As you feel this energy course through your body.

Explore today if you can take this truth with you.

You've never been separate.

You've never been alone.

The divine has always been inside of you.

As you feel this through the cells of your body.

The limbs of your body.

The tissues of your body.

Allow every part of you to relax.

Staying here much longer if you can.

There is magic in the journey of love.
