Hey,

Welcome to your daily meditation.

You're going to notice that some of these are a bit longer,

Some of them are a bit shorter.

The longer we're together,

I might push a little bit and see what we can play with.

Not to push you out of your comfort zones,

But they typically say meditate for 10-20 minutes.

Ideally,

20 is ideal.

I personally have found that when I'm really in a spin,

If I get to 20,

Even if during the 20 minutes I'm spinning on and off,

But when I hit about 17-18 minutes,

It's like I come back into my center.

Remember,

Meditation is not no thinking,

It's the observation of thought.

During those 17-18 minutes that I'm in a whirl,

I might see the thought and then go,

Okay,

Clouds,

Blue sky,

Breathe clouds,

Blue sky,

And I keep doing that.

When I hit about the 17-18 mark,

It varies,

But then it's like,

Whoa,

What just happened?

Some days it's 15,

Some days it's 20.

Again,

Every day I'm going to play just to play and see what happens.

Today we're going to do a little bit more about intuition.

We talked about it last time.

Intuition,

As we mentioned,

Is your sixth sense.

Intuition is not something you can make sense of or get logical.

It's like a knowing that X,

Y,

Z is going to occur.

As you may have studied with me before or watched some of my videos,

I talk about how there's four main channels intuition can come.

The feeling,

Like the goosebumps,

That feeling in your stomach.

The knowing or the thought insertions,

Not actually you thinking,

But just out of nowhere coming a thought.

The actual hearing,

Like hearing a voice,

Which actually,

To be honest,

Is the least common on the planet.

And the seeing,

Like seeing a visual.

Out of those four,

Our feeling is the most common.

It's the highest percentage on the planet as your main clear.

When I say most common,

Let me take that back.

We have access to all four ways of receiving information,

Okay?

And you're probably wondering,

Like,

Why is that important?

Well,

It's really helpful to know what your main one is,

Because that can be your go-to.

And then when you have your go-to,

You can build the other ones.

What I meant to say is feeling is the most common first one for most people on the planet.

At least 70% to 80% of people have feeling as their main one.

And again,

It can come as goosebumps,

A feeling in your stomach,

Like a bit of a stomach,

A deep,

Like,

You know,

Tingling across the body.

Those are all feelings,

For hot and cold,

Not for menopause.

Those feelings.

So today we're going to be spending our meditation playing with feeling.

So go ahead and close your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

Just deepen into your breathing,

In and out.

Belly rises and belly falls.

With your eyes closed,

Allow all of your sensations to turn inward.

Just fall into your breathing.

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Long,

Deep breath out.

Slow,

Deep breath long in.

Long,

Deep breath out.

Let's work on some of that pranayama breathing.

Inhaling for the count of five and holding for two.

Exhaling for the count of five.

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold it.

Exhale for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold the breath.

Exhale for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold it.

Exhale,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Keeping that rhythm of breath.

Slow and deep.

Calm and easy.

Fluid and relaxed.

Sarcentience is the word that's often used to describe intuitive nudges that come through our feeling body.

Everybody wants to wake up their intuition.

So let's work on waking up this Clara because 80% of us,

It's the main one.

In order to wake up our claricentience,

There's many different techniques.

The first one is getting comfortable in your body and feeling grounded and secure.

With your eyes closed,

Imagine,

Sense,

See or feel a beautiful white light coming from the heavens.

Allow your mind to choose the color of this light.

Everything that this light touches as it moves through your body begins to relax and soften completely.

Allow the light first to enter the very crown of the head.

Relaxing,

Relaxing and relaxing you.

And now moving that light into your forehead.

The temples.

Your eyelids.

Softening.

Connecting.

Relaxing you.

Allowing that light to move into your cheekbones.

Your cheeks.

Your jaw.

The temples.

Your chin.

Softening the wrinkles.

Letting the worry lines go.

And breathing.

And now moving that light further down.

Perhaps into your nose,

Your lips,

The chin.

As you breathe in.

Breathe out.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Now allowing this light to move into your neck.

Upper shoulders.

Biceps,

Triceps.

Elbows.

Forearms.

Palms.

And each and every one of the little fingertips that you have.

Union to your nail beds.

Connecting.

Connecting.

Relaxing you.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And now allowing that breath to move further down.

Your upper chest.

Your lungs,

Your heart.

The ribs.

Your shoulder blades.

Your upper stomach.

Connecting.

Connecting.

Connecting you.

Now that same beautiful,

Beautiful healing light moves into your upper stomach.

Your mid-stomach.

Your belly button.

Your lower belly.

And with each breath.

Your belly relaxes.

Relaxes.

And relaxes.

And now you feel that breath move into the back body.

The back of the neck.

The back of the shoulder blades.

Mid-back.

Now all the way down to your lower back.

Feeling,

Sensing,

Seeing,

Knowing.

Your entire body sink into the chair.

Now that bright,

Healing light moves from your upper thighs.

Through into your knees.

Your shins.

And your feet.

As you breathe in.

Breathe out.

Belly rises.

And falls.

And now allowing that light to move further down from the base of your feet.

Imagine now these beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful vines or ropes.

From the bottom of your feet.

Going right into the center of the earth.

And from the center of the earth.

Going right back up to your feet.

Imagining this beautiful,

Healing light.

Going down through your feet and anything you don't need.

Fear,

Worries,

Anger,

Overwhelmment.

Let it leave the cords.

Now from the center of Mother Gaia,

Mother Earth.

Comes up the most incredible energy.

Of healing.

Love.

And light.

Now for these last 10-20 breaths.

Working with the body.

Imagine if you will.

Your entire body.

As if it is cocooned.

By the halo of the same beautiful light.

And just keep breathing.

In and out.

Connecting you.

Softening you.

As you breathe.

Connecting to the physical body.

And feeling grounded and safe in Mother Earth.

Is the very first step.

Towards opening up your clairsentience.

Your feelings with your intuition.

Your goosebumps.

Tingles.

Those knots in your stomachs.

That help you move through the world.

Now that you're more comfortable in your physical body.

Let's go into another part of the meditation.

Imagine if you will.

Yourself in a beautiful place of nature.

Maybe a place in your backyard.

Or a place you hike or visit often.

The most important thing about this place.

Is that you have this feeling.

Of feeling safe and comfortable.

Comfortable.

Comfortable and safe.

And just breathe here.

As you sit in your safe and comfortable place.

Start to notice everything about it.

That makes it feel safe and comfortable.

Notice the colors.

Smell the aromas.

Feel the air as it touches your skin.

Sense the ground underneath your toes.

In safety.

And in comfort.

And just breathe.

As you breathe slower and deeper.

Calmer and easier.

You start to notice someone or something approaching you.

There is nothing scary about this experience.

This is what we call your wise guide.

Your all-knowing self.

Your wise guide has been with you your entire lifetime.

Has directed you out of some messes.

Has given you some pretty profound gut feelings.

Now as your wise guide approaches you.

You may see them.

Maybe looking like a certain energy.

You may know that they are there.

You may feel you are there.

It doesn't really matter.

Just be present to them.

As you work with your wise guide.

Who wants to help you.

And assist you.

And support you in life.

And give you the messages to your clairsentience.

Your feeling body.

The only thing that blocks intuition is fear.

So as you sit with your wise guide.

For the next few minutes.

Feeling free to give all the fears.

To your intuition.

To your wise guide.

For example.

I'm afraid of knowing.

Because it might mean changes in my life.

I'm not ready for those changes.

I'm afraid of feeling the truth.

That I'm worthy.

Because I'm addicted to feeling not worthy.

I'm afraid of feeling the love.

That's coming my way.

I'm afraid of connection to something much bigger.

I love my ego running this show.

Whatever those fears are.

Imagine yourself writing them out.

Or verbally giving them to your wise guide.

Just let them go.

And maybe you have no fears of intuition.

That's awesome.

It doesn't matter.

Remember the only thing.

That blocks intuition.

Is fear.

After you give up your fears.

You may start to sense.

Feel or know.

A massive amount of love.

Coming from your wise guide.

Our guides love us.

They adore us.

They have so much gratitude for us.

Being on this crazy planet earth.

They have so much gratitude for the work we're doing.

So allow yourself to receive this gratitude.

Now as you move through today.

The first thing before we come out of this meditation.

Is I'm going to encourage you to take a moment.

To thank your wise guide.

Thank them for showing up.

Thank them for their presence.

Thank them for their love.

And today's homework.

If you choose to take it on.

Is to being open to your clairsentience.

Be open to your gut feelings.

Be open to those inner.

Feeling sensations that come in your body.

That tell you the truth.

The feeling sensations.

Are so much more powerful than the mind.

The thinking.

The analyzing.

The judging.

Today I'm going to encourage you.

To be open to it.

All you have to do is ask.

And be open.

I'm sending you lots of love.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For playing with these meditations.

Practicing them.

Maybe even sharing them with your loved ones.

Even if they don't share the meditation with you.

Sharing your energy.

With them.

Again.

I'm going to encourage you to stay here longer.

If you choose.

And then as you start to come out.

Stretch your neck.

Stretch your arms.

Come back in the physical body that's sitting on something.

And go ahead and open your eyes.

Coming back.

Sending you a massive love.
