This is the last episode of Dr. Divi Chandna's five-part series Energize Your Life. This last episode will help you shift and release belief systems that are not serving you, and help you create the life you deserve. Hello everybody,
Welcome back.
I'm so excited you're back.
This last meditation on the track,
This is the final spirit meditation.
I encourage you to use this meditation whenever you are trying to release any belief systems that are not serving you.
And if you're like me,
You've got a few of them.
The first thing I encourage you to do is to label what the belief system is.
Maybe the belief system is I'm not good enough,
I'll never make it in life,
I'm a loser.
Whatever the belief system is that is not helping you and not serving you,
This meditation is beyond phenomenal at helping you to release them.
I have worked with thousands of clients and taught them this meditation,
And each one of them say to me,
When are you going to record this onto a CD track?
So this is for all of you guys and more.
So this meditation is one that I encourage you to do every day.
It is that phenomenal.
It will help you to shift completely,
Alter those belief systems,
Get them out of your way,
Get them out of your onion layer,
So that you can start to bring in and start to really create the life you deserve.
Healthy,
Amazing,
Abundant,
Fun,
And full of life.
So let's get started.
Go ahead and close your eyes,
And breathe.
With your eyes closed,
Connect with your breath in and out.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
With your eyes closed,
Allow the gaze to go up about 300 feet above your head.
You'll see a doorway that's always open and light streaming through.
Allow yourself to see,
Sense,
Or feel the light enter into the crown of your head,
Relaxing and connecting you.
Feel the light move into your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw.
Feel it in your neck,
Down your arms,
All the way into your fingertips,
Connecting you as you breathe.
Allow yourself to see,
Sense,
Or feel the light move into your chest,
Into your heart,
Opening and expanding you as you inhale and exhale.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Now seeing,
Sensing,
Or feeling the light move into your abdomen,
Your hips,
Your pelvis,
All the way into your thighs,
Feel it into your knees,
Down your shins,
And into your feet.
From your feet,
That beautiful light energy goes right down to the center of the earth.
In the middle of the earth,
There's a beautiful energy,
Just like above,
And like a slingshot,
It goes right back up into your feet.
All the way up your legs,
Your hips,
Your pelvis,
Through your abdomen,
And into your heart.
So you are now connected from above and from below,
All through your heart.
From your heart center,
Allow yourself to see,
Sense,
Or feel like a beautiful central sunshine,
A light coming out and encircling your whole body,
Like a halo of light,
360 degrees around your body.
Allow your breath,
Allow yourself to see,
Sense,
Or feel the light to be as big as the room that you're in right now.
Now radiate the light to be even bigger,
To be the size of the building that you're sitting in.
On your next breath,
Take the light to be even bigger,
To be the circumference of the state or province that you're in.
On your next breath,
Take the light to get even bigger,
To be the size of the country you're in,
And breathe.
Now allow that halo of light,
360 degrees around you,
To be as big as the earth.
Really big.
Good work.
And your whole goal now,
As I speak,
Is for you to keep the light as big as the earth,
Really,
Really big.
Because what is really important to remember in this meditation is this is who you are,
A huge central sunshine.
You are an infinite being and a human body,
So you've got to stay big here,
Really big.
Now that you're super big,
Bring in the belief system that's not serving you.
I'm not good enough,
I'm never going to make it,
Or whatever it is.
If you're truly this huge,
Infinite energy and a human body,
You start to realize that belief system was just placed into your energy when you were a child at some point.
Like a weed that was planted into you.
Maybe as you went through your life,
You nurtured that weed a little bit,
But now it's time to get rid of it.
So with your breath and your visual,
Stay big.
We're going to do three things to this weed.
First thing is uncreate it,
So pull it out.
There you go,
Pull it out.
And if it has really strong roots,
You might need to bring some help in.
If you believe in any energies bigger than you,
Archangels,
God,
Spirits,
God,
Universe,
Love,
Whatever,
Bring that energy in and help them to pull it out for you.
Pull it out,
Uncreate it.
There you go.
Good work.
Breathe.
And now delete it,
So throw it away.
From all times past,
Present,
Future.
Last part,
Take all the stories away,
De-story it.
Now breathe.
Let's do a few more rounds.
Remember,
It's just a weed.
That's what that belief system is.
It's not true.
It was just planted into there.
So uncreate it,
Pull it out.
There you go.
Now delete it from all times past,
Present,
Future.
Let it go.
And de-story it.
Take all the stories away.
Keep breathing and stay big in your energy.
Pull it out,
Uncreate it.
Delete it and de-story it.
And keep breathing.
Now you know that you've released that energy if you start to feel a little bit lighter.
Yeah.
If it's still kind of heavy,
Just keep working on the layers.
No big deal.
Keep uncreating it.
Keep deleting it.
Keep de-storying it.
There you go.
Some of these weeds just have thicker roots,
But just stay big in your energy.
The bigger you can stay,
The easier it is to release the energy.
It's that simple.
So stay big.
Now where that energy was will automatically happen.
It's just pure love from universal energy,
Universal consciousness will start to sprinkle into that place where it was.
There you go and breathe.
Let love go in where the energy was being taken up by the weed and breathe.
Now before we leave this meditation or leave this part of the meditation,
Allow yourself to put a belief system into here,
A little bit different,
A little bit of an energy statement into this place.
It goes something like this.
What would it take for me to know that I am amazing?
What would it take for me to know that I am good enough?
What would it take for me to know that I am love?
What would it take for me to know that I can receive?
Whatever the belief system is that you've released,
What could you put into this place?
Good,
And as you breathe,
Really good work.
Now as you go through your day,
Today,
Tomorrow,
The next day,
You've released that belief system,
You're going to say that new energy statement.
What would it take for me to know that I am amazing?
30,
40,
50 times a day.
Whatever energy statement is the opposite of that belief system you'll put in place.
Breathe.
Good work guys,
Really good.
Now stay super big with your energy.
We're going to do one other thing before we leave.
Find this one equally super effective.
If there's any remnants of that belief system that you don't need anymore,
Let's do the whole Panna Pona right now.
So bring in a visual of your higher self and look up at your higher self and you say to your higher self,
I love you.
I am sorry for ever,
Ever taking on any belief system of the fallacy.
I'm sorry for ever taking on a belief system that I was not good enough.
I'm sorry for ever believing in the opposite.
So whatever you're sorry about,
Please forgive me,
Wipe it away from my energy,
And thank you.
Really good.
Let's do it again.

Now stay big with your energy guys,
Stay really big.
Remember big as the earth,
There's a big central sunshine and breathe.
Visualize your higher self.

Keep breathing.
In and out.
Belly rises and belly falls.
You started to release that belief system.
You start to feel lighter.
You start to feel easier.
Now as you move through your next few days,
Taking those new energy statements,
What would it take for me to know that I am good enough?
What would it take for me to know that I'm amazing?
When you start to do this meditation regularly,
You will really see your life completely transform.
Because when those belief systems that you carried around since you were little are gone from your system,
You go back to zero.
In that place of zero,
Anything is possible.
It can literally manifest amazing lives,
Incredible health,
And amazing well-being.
So as your breath deepens,
Take a few moments to thank yourself.
Take a few moments to come back to this meditation,
Promising yourself later on today or tomorrow.
Before we wrap up,
I want you to know that you can do this meditation at any time of the day.
You don't need to hear my voice.
You don't have to take five minutes to get big.
You could do it instantaneously if you ask yourself to.
So try to take this meditation into your life all day,
Every day.
What can you release?
What belief system can you let go of today?
The more and more you let go of belief systems you don't need,
The more exciting your life is going to get,
The healthier,
The more amazing.
So as your breath deepens,
You bring your energy back into the now.
You wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And you gently open your eyes,
And you start to feel really amazing knowing that this is who you are.
Big,
Bright,
Beautiful energy.
As your breath deepens,
As your mind connects inside,
You can slowly,
Slowly get ready for your day,
Knowing that there is nothing more amazing than the feeling that you're going to have carrying this energy with you because this is who you are.
A big,
Huge,
Central sunshine,
Infinite energy,
And a human body.
Have fun with this one,
