Healing our inner critic begins with awareness: noticing when we are most likely to tune into our negative self-talk, what tasks or activities trigger it most intensely, and listening for the themes of our inner critic's story. While becoming aware of the inner critic can be uncomfortable, wisdom is built on a foundation of clarity. This meditation allows you to engage with your inner critic as a non-judgmental observer, noticing the inner critic without buying into its messages.
