This is Domini Drew with the Art of Attraction and Inner Evolution.

And this is a five minute meditation body scan.

Let's begin.

Begin by taking one deep breath.

Allow that breath to fill you.

Feel it feeding your body on a cellular level.

Become deeply aware of your body just as it is.

Try not to change it.

Become aware of the part of you that trusts that what is happening right now is just as it should be.

That you are on a sacred and divine path.

A journey that is taking you into yourself.

Allowing you to experience the fullness that it is to be you.

And what you are experiencing now is a part of that.

As you release that breath,

Release anything that you are carrying that is not here in this moment.

Allow your awareness to shift to your body just as it is now without looking at it through the screen of how you've always seen it or what you've experienced in the past.

This is about being here now.

This is about embodying the full experience of what this moment is like.

How does it feel to be in your body?

Is there tension in some places?

Maybe some uncertainty or discomfort?

As you scan your body,

Are there places where it's more pleasant for you to spend time with your awareness?

And places that you find naturally you tend to avoid?

If so,

Let yourself be curious about those places.

No need to push or be some way that you're not,

But notice the resistance and allow it to be there again trusting this very sacred journey.

Even to the most minute detail.

Allow yourself to be curious about the places that you'd rather not go.

Maybe there is fear here or anxiety in those places.

Maybe you fear what you may find.

Whatever you are sitting on or lying on,

Allow yourself to sink into it.

Feel it supporting you.

Know that you are safe.

Take a deep breath.

Hold.

And release on the exhale.

Allowing yourself to just be here now.

Exactly as you are.

Trusting in your divine and sacred beingness.

Allow yourself to touch it.

To experience it.

Allow yourself to trust that who you are is exactly who you need to be.

And to know that you can be anyone you want to be.

This is the truth of who you are.

Scan your body again exploring for places that it's easy to be and let yourself revel in the joy of being in those places.

Notice that there is always a dance between resistance and fear and trust and love.

Openness and light is always available for you.

Allow yourself to have it now.

Taking in this full scan of your body.

This full beingness of being present here in the moment.

Allow yourself to take one more deep breath.

Hold it.

And release on the exhale.

Beautiful.
