Hello,
My name is Domini Drew and this is a one minute meditation on trust.
Take a deep breath.
Feel the breath filling your lungs all the way down to the very bottom as deeply as you can and release on the exhale.
Let everything else go.
Trust that what is here is what needs to be here.
Check in with your body and notice if you're holding on to anything that is not here in this present moment.
Ask yourself if those things are in the past,
In the future or irrelevant and if they fit any of those three categories,
Just let them go.
Take another deep breath in.
Feel your body here in the moment releasing everything else and knowing,
Trusting that you are enough.
Allow yourself to breathe effortlessly and know that you are here.
