My name is Domini Drew and this is a one minute meditation on mindfulness.

Let's begin.

Begin by taking a soft breath in.

And just notice the quality of that breath.

Is it tense or shallow?

Do you feel anxiety or uncertainty?

If so,

Just allow it to be there.

Don't try to change the reality of what is in this moment.

But just be mindful of it.

Tune in.

Connect to it.

Allow it to be here and know that you can handle whatever it is that is happening in this moment.

You are enough.

And you are able to be here through this moment.

Take another deep breath in.

And notice the quality of this breath.

You are here now.

You are enough.

Repeat this breath as many times throughout your day as you need to,

Maintaining this mindfulness and being here in the present moment with yourself.
