This is Domini Drew with the Art of Attraction and Inner Evolution and this is a one minute meditation for depression.
Let your eyes close.
Feel yourself taking in a new breath and allow it to attach as you hold it in your body to anything which is not in this present moment.
Allow it to fill you with the present moment and as you exhale,
Release anything which is not in the here and now.
You are a being of the present moment.
Let go of the past.
Allow it to fall like rain,
To seep down through your feet into the ground.
Releasing,
Letting go of who you used to be.
This is a new moment.
This is a moment where you can be anyone you want to be.
Let yourself see yourself in this moment with fresh eyes.
Who would you like to be in this moment?
Your story is yours to tell.
You can be anyone you want to be.
Who would you like to be?
Take another deep breath,
Let this imprint in your system.
Exhale everything in the past as you release and let go and repeat the mantra,
This is who I am now.
