This is a powerful exercise for grounding yourself. It is highly effective for scatteredness, lack of self-confidence, self-doubt, clumsiness, uncertainty, disconnectedness, lack of trust, fear, anxiety. Best recommendation is to use this twice daily: first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

My name is Domini Drew with the Art of Attraction podcast and Inner Evolution and this is an exercise for grounding.

This is an incredibly powerful exercise I learned it in healing school and I've used it for years.

I highly recommend.

The ideal would be to do it twice a day for about 10 minutes or so.

This is best done standing.

So stand with your feet hip width distance or a bit wider.

I like to have mine quite a bit wider than that but it can be done anywhere in that range and a slight bend in the knee.

Let's begin.

Begin by placing the tips of all ten of your fingers into your belly just a little bit below your belly button about an inch or two below your belly button.

Imagine at that place in the center of your body between your fingers and your spine a gold ball.

This ball is about the size of a ping-pong ball or a golf ball and it is made of pure gold light.

Now imagine the tips of your fingers sinking into your body beyond your hands sinking into your belly and connecting with that gold ball.

Allow yourself to sink and connect.

Let this be effortless.

Feel this connection to yourself.

This is the horic dimension that we are entering now.

The dimension of simply intention.

You will notice your mind getting very calm.

You'll notice any emotional struggle that you've had will fade away because none of that exists on this particular level.

That exists on the energetic level and often the physical.

But here there is only intention so it tends to feel quite calm.

Once you've connected with this gold ball leave the five fingers of your right hand where they are deeply connected and allow it to stay there and hold the connection with this gold ball.

Allow your left hand,

Fingers still together together,

To draw a line down from that gold ball straight down physically bringing your hand down tracing that gold line feeling the connection down your belly until you go as far as your left hand can go and then open your hand flat fingers pointing towards the ground straight in between your feet and allow that line to drop along the line of your fingers so the fingers of your right hand are still placed against your belly connecting with the gold ball inside and your left hand is open fingers against each other open downward fingertips pointing to the ground and drop that gold line down between your legs down past your thighs your knees calves and ankles till it reaches the floor then allow it to go through the floor through the floor boards of your building down into the ground through the foundation into the earth and allow it to continue on from there deeper and deeper almost as if it's being pulled allow it to sink through the dirt until it hits bedrock and then keep going even further deeper and deeper miles down into the ground letting it be pulled further and further grounding you deeper and deeper until you entirely penetrate through the crust of the earth and you go into the earth's mantle allow it to drop feeling the firmness in your legs the solidity of your system as you ground let it drop further now halfway through the mantle going deeply deeply into the planet grounding powerfully into the earth coming now all the way through the mantle of the earth and into the liquid hot magma drop into this allow yourself to be pulled all the way down towards the center of the earth further and further connecting with the deepest part of the planet come all the way through a layer of Magnum magma into the very core of the earth and begin to penetrate the core drop even further being pulled as if it were gravity through the earth to the very center of the core of the earth until you hit the very center and if at some point you haven't been able to get yourself past a certain place in the earth that's fine took me a long time to be able to get all the way down to the center I was very ungrounded so just know that practicing this will lead you to a much more grounded stable centered and resilient version of yourself this is where you are supposed to be so if you feel flighty or if you feel unclear or distracted or you know your sentences are being broken off from one to the other notice this and ground practice let this be your daily practice and when you reach the very center of the earth you will feel a kind of a click kind of a check like you're there one place will just feel right so allow yourself to feel this click and if you felt it already allow yourself to just rest in this deep connection to the earth let yourself rest here you feel the safety the depth and the quiet that comes with this place this is always here for you this is always available for you this will also enhance trust because here is the place where it is safe to trust you may stay here as long as you like and when you are ready you're going to hold your left hand exactly where it is holding that connection with the center of the earth and prioritizing that such that if you move on to the next step and you lose the connection with the very center of the earth you can stop and reconnect there and then continue meanwhile bring your right hand up slowly your fingers still together drawing that line up from the gold ball in your belly slowly tracing the line up your belly to your chest and it's going to stop in the very center of your chest not where your heart chakra is between your breasts but instead the very center as if you'd wear a necklace in the line between your shoulders and here we find the soul seat and you will feel another gold ball so now the line is being traced from the very center of the earth up to your soul seat this place where your right hand now rests is the place where your longings occur notice if it is easy or difficult for you to be here with your longings allow it to be whatever it is and know that with practice this will all be easy when you're ready continue drawing that line straight up with your right fingers drawing it smoothly upward up your neck over your chin through the center of your head up to the very top of your head and then draw it up from your head as far as your hand will go and then open your right hand upward fingers together fingers pointing tip the fingers pointing upward and you will feel there another point you can feel it'll be about eight inches over your head or so and you'll feel around you'll feel another little click this is your ID point where you move into spirit the moment where you identify as yourself as separate from spirit or as apparently separate from spirit so here with your right hand you feel your connection to source and thus from the source of your right hand through your horror line as an incarnated spirit down into the earth in the human plane to the very center of the earth you hold now your entire being let yourself feel this powerfully let yourself rest in this place accepting what is forgiving yourself when you feel you could be doing things better or when the judgments come in allow those to go and instead let yourself be here now fully aligned with yourself fully grounded here on the planet you may notice heat in your legs you may have noticed that already this is normal just let yourself be hot tolerate the discomfort grounding will help you to tolerate so much more life will become so much more comfortable and when you're ready bring your hand right hand down leaving it open tracing that line back down to where it's in turn up in front of your chest and here you can stay for as long as you like I like the end to put in gratitude being grateful that we can stand that we can connect to the earth that we have support seen and unseen so in this moment let yourself fill with gratitude let the line from the center of the earth up to your spirit up to the source fill with gratitude and acceptance thank you so much for joining me
