Welcome,

Dear heart,

To this breathing meditation for high vagal tone and coherence,

Just allowing your attention to easily transcend into your felt experience of being,

Noticing the feeling of a body as it relaxes,

Placing the intention to turn awareness inward,

Transitioning and climbing down the ladder from the mind into the body.

Notice that everything is already allowed,

Even the resistance.

The only thing in opposition right here is a thought,

But even that thought is allowed.

Rise or not struggle,

Strive for,

Stress,

Act as most simply allowing.

Become intimate with,

Undress yourself of all ideas and concepts as we breathe together.

Inhale,

Losing the full capacity of your lungs with every breath.

Say yes to life fully with this breath.

Feel how the breath arrives in the center of the chest.

Inhale,

Drinking in eternity.

Suspend the breath here.

Just let all the air flow out straight into your vajra kumbhaka,

Breath held on empty.

Tension.

Surrender this awareness.

Drinking in this breath,

Filling to the top.

Concentrate into your infinite heart space and slowly surrender the air of this breath out.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

The torrents of curiosity.

What is alive in this cloud of sensation.

Nourish with a deep inhale.

Pause for a moment.

Entering these turning points.

The breath surrenders.

Rest now,

Dear one,

Of urgency.

Deep,

Slow breath in.

Embrace this infinity.

Inhale,

Breathe spontaneously,

Slowly,

Deeply,

Experientially what already is.

Notice that there is something about you that is already,

Always present.

Feel what you're feeling.

Hear what you're hearing.

Notice what you're feeling.

Be nourishing.

Breath fully in.

Pause.

Squeezing every single muscle in your body.

Tensing up.

Even the eyelids.

Squeezing.

Squeezing even into the spine.

And relax.

And suspend the breath.

To understand or define or noticing how awareness is already present here.

Take a moment to be with that.

Take a moment to surrender and rest.

Exhaling the lungs completely with this inhale.

Making your heart space your concentrated point of focus.

Not the organ of the heart.

Not the chakra.

The heart sanctuary.

The hirdaya.

Notice the heart space.

Containing the organ.

Pelvic floor muscles are lifted.

Rheum cage expands.

Attention implodes.

Surrender.

Letting the air as you allow the breath.

Noticing every part of perception.

He's coming and going.

But within that,

Almost as the ground of everything coming and going.

As a stillness.

It's like an always present isness.

Just rest with this for a moment.

Surrender as this.

Awareness.
