Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.

If you know how to open your crown chakra,

Then you can do that using your hands or you can simply mentally tell your crown chakra open.

Feel the energy flowing into the crown chakra as you open it.

Connecting to the flow of divine energy,

Moving down into the space of your head,

Into your head cavity.

And when you're ready,

If you haven't already done so,

If you would just simply close your eyes so that you may let go more and relax more.

As you let go and relax more,

Feel the breath become more relaxed,

Slower,

Deeper.

Now if you know how to open your heart,

You can simply bring your hands to the front of your heart and channel energy there.

Or focus in the area of your heart center and say open.

As you continue to relax and you've opened your crown chakra and your heart chakra,

If you know how to open your hand chakras,

Then you can do that.

Or you can simply tell your hand chakras open.

Once you feel some energy flowing into your hands,

Into your palm chakras,

Into your finger chakras,

You're ready to start channeling Reiki energy,

Healing energy to your body,

To your energy system.

So begin by bringing your hands to cover your eyes with the fingertips gently resting on the top of your head,

Covering your eyes,

Your cheeks.

Your forehead.

And as you cup your eyes with your hands,

Begin to channel energy to this area of your body,

Of your system.

Without force.

Simply resting your palms in front of your eyes and relaxing.

Notice how the more you relax,

The more energy flows out of your palms.

You may notice some warmth.

Some energy in your hands may be tingling.
