Filled with energy and life.
Begin by finding a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.
Close your eyes and relax,
Let go.
Now become aware of the space between your eyes and feel the volume of space between your eyes.
And now become aware of the space between your temples and feel the volume of space between your temples.
Now become aware of the space at your nostrils and feel the volume of space inside your nose.
And now become aware of the space between your tongue and the back of your throat and let yourself sense the volume of space in the back of your throat.
And now become aware of the space around your ears and feel the volume of space beyond your ears.
Now become aware of the space beneath and now become aware of the space below your chin and feel the volume of space beneath your chin.
And now become aware of the space around your neck and feel the volume of space around your neck.
And now become aware of the space to the front of your chest and feel the space,
The volume of space beyond your chest.
And now become aware of the space behind your shoulders and now become aware of the space behind your shoulders and feel the volume of space all around your shoulders.
And now become aware of the space behind your back and feel the volume of space beyond your spine.
Now become aware of the space between your thighs and feel the volume of space between your thighs.
And now become aware of the space between your knees and feel the space that's connecting your knees together.
And now become aware of the space around your feet and sense the volume of space beneath your feet.
Now become aware of the space around your body and feel the space around your body.
And feel the space around your body.
Now become aware of the space between your body and the walls of the room that you're in.
And feel the volume of space in the room that you're in.
Now become aware of space and the volume of space within space.
Feeling yourself unfolding into space,
Dissolving into space,
Exploring space,
Becoming no one.
No one,
No thing,
Nowhere,
No time.
In complete stillness,
In space,
Feeling space,
Being space.
And this,
And in the emptiness of space,
Filled with infinite possibilities,
Connect to an intention,
Something that you wish to manifest,
That you wish to merge with,
And experience yourself one with it.
Moving into the space of your heart,
Feeling grateful,
Feeling awe,
Joy,
Appreciation for merging with that which you want,
With your intention.
Feeling your heart expand,
Open,
Filled with love.
As you continue to connect with your intention and feel within your heart gratitude for being one with your intention,
For experiencing your intention in the present moment fully,
Completely,
One with it.
Continue to rest in this awareness at your heart,

And as you merge with your intention,
As you merge with that potential in the quantum field,
Bring it back with you into your body now,

Let yourself feel what that feels like in your body,
If your gaze is different,
If your body feels different.
As you continue to practice,
Noticing,
Feeling how your body feels,
Integrating the feelings,
The sensations,
The well-being,
The relaxation when you are one with your intention.
And as you notice how you feel different,
How your body is different now,
Let yourself anchor this moment,
The feelings,
Sensations,
The emotions,
How good it feels to be in your body,
So that you can continue to feel this way,
To consciously choose from moment to moment to come back to this moment,
To hold this moment.
To be present with your intention,
To be one with your intention.
And when you are ready,
You can deepen your breath,
Let the breath flow in the body and feel your intention anchor even deeper in your body.
And when you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
