This guided meditation, Heal your mind, is designed to help you permanently clear, heal and release negative thoughts, emotions, fears, expectations, judgments, and limiting beliefs that create pain and suffering in your life. The method used in this meditation helps you get in touch with the underlying energy that's keeping the negative thoughts, emotions, fears, expectations, judgments, and limiting beliefs in place and trace it back to the root allowing it to be permanently resolved.

Who is it?
Meditational process.
The following technique is based upon the teachings of Ramana Maharishi and John Jones.
It is designed to help you release negative emotions,
Feelings,
Sensations,
Thoughts,
Fears,
Limiting beliefs,
Expectations,
Judgments,
And any negativity that you feel or experience.
By using this technique,
You'll become aware of the parts of you that have internalized and integrated various fears,
Beliefs,
Judgments,
Expectations,
And any ego dynamics that are not serving you.
By tracing those fears,
Expectations,
Judgments,
Beliefs back to their source,
You'll be able to transmute their energy and resolve them at the root.
So let's begin.
If you'll find a comfortable place where you can simply sit or lie down,
And just relax,
Allowing yourself to become aware of any contraction,
Tension in the space of your physical body,
And choosing to relax,
To let go,
Moving deeper and deeper into relaxation through your intention,
Your choice,
Becoming aware of the space of your body and the space that your body occupies in space,
Feeling your body,
The space of your body,
And the space that your body occupies in space,
Consciously scanning your body for any place of tension,
Discomfort,
Contraction,
Strain,
With the intention of releasing it.
Intending to relax your whole body,
So that you can open more and more.
As you continue to relax,
Aware that you are aware,
Aware of your body,
Aware of the space that your body occupies in space,
Aware of how relaxed you are in this moment in time.
Bring up an emotion or a fear,
A limiting belief,
That keeps coming up in your life,
Something that gets triggered,
And that brings about negative energy into your day,
Your life,
Your relationships,
Your entire being.
Maybe it's sadness,
Anger,
Frustration,
Maybe it's feelings of disempowerment,
Fear,
Depression,
Dejection,
Not feeling loved,
Not feeling appreciated or valued.
Whatever it is,
Notice it,
Pay attention to it.
Maybe you feel afraid of being emotionally abandoned,
Rejected,
Criticized,
Judged,
Not enough.
Whatever it is,
Face it,
Look at it,
Facing the pain of it.
Maybe it's a limiting belief,
Something you imagine you can't or won't be able to do,
To achieve.
Whatever it is,
Feel it,
And face it,
With love,
With peace.
And maybe for the first time,
You're not avoiding it,
You're not distracting away from it,
You're not suppressing or repressing it.
Simply feeling what you feel,
Without judgment,
Without trying to change it.
What are you feeling right now?
Let it come up to the surface,
Bringing it up by choice.
For example,
It could sound like,
I can't do anything right,
I'm always messed up,
Why does this always happen to me?
Or even what's wrong with me?
Can you feel it?
Whatever it is,
Notice where you feel it most in your body.
Imagine that you feel it in different parts of your body,
Notice that.
Your awareness moves from part to part,
Wherever you feel it.
As you follow the feeling,
As you continue to trace it back to its root,
Continue to become aware of where you feel it the most.
And as you keep your awareness on the feeling and where you feel it in your body.
You're now going to add a statement to help you trace its energy back to the root.
Where this feeling first originated,
Where it was first created.
Becoming aware of the energy as it comes up,
Once you begin to repeat the statement.
Remembering to follow the emotion and the energy associated with it,
Underlying it.
As it continues to move through the space of your body.
Now before you begin to repeat the statement,
A simple statement that will help you trace this feeling,
This fear,
This belief,
Back to its root.
Intend to stay connected to the feeling.
You're not going into your mind,
You're not intellectualizing this process.
You're feeling,
Noticing.
Remaining aware of what you feel in the space of your body.
Oftentimes people will feel the energy in their lower abdomen,
The solar plexus,
Or in the area of their pelvic floor.
Sometimes in their heart,
Or in their throat,
Or even in their head or brain.
Wherever you feel it,
Notice where you feel that fear,
That emotion,
That limiting belief.
Realizing that it's there,
Without judgment.
Just seeing it,
Feeling it,
Tracing it back to its root.
The source of it,
Within your own mind,
Your own consciousness.
Allow your consciousness,
Your awareness,
To follow the thought,
To follow the feeling,
The sensation,
The emotion.
Wherever it takes you,
Without judgment.
Simply observing it,
And feeling it.
Keep following it as it moves,
Evolves,
Transforms,
Transmutes,
Higher it does.
See or feel it shifting.
And as you observe it,
Begin repeating the statement,
Who is it that feels,
Describing what you feel.
Or who is it that believes,
Describing what you believe.
Or who is it that thinks or fears.
Complete the statement with whatever it is that you're feeling,
Believing,
Thinking or fearing.
So for example,
If you feel,
Fear or believe that you can't do anything right,
You can simply say,
Who is it that feels that I can't do anything right and why.
Now remember,
You are not asking this question intellectually.
You are looking for this energy,
This feeling,
Fear or belief in your system.
Looking for the energy stored in your body.
Repeating the statement again and again,
While feeling the energy and following it.
Wherever it goes,
Wherever it takes you.
Now if you fear it,
You can repeat the statement,
Who is it that fears that I can't do anything right and why.
Same structure,
Same intention of becoming aware of the source,
Of the root of that feeling,
Emotion,
Fear,
Belief in your system.
And if you've repeated this fear so often that it's become a belief,
Then you can simply say,
Who is it that believes that I can't do anything right and why.
Whatever the feeling,
Fear,
Belief,
Using the statement,
Who is it that feels,
Fears or believes and why.
As you repeat the statement,
You are energetically becoming aware that you and you alone have created this fear,
This thought or belief in your own mind.
By revalidating an interpretation that you made in the past,
As if it were real and true.
Continue to repeat the statement again and again,
With the intention of getting in touch with the energy that's feeding how you feel and what you fear or believe.
While you keep focusing on the emotion,
The feeling,
The energy as it moves through you.
Pay attention to how your body responds or reacts and your whole energy changes as you keep repeating the statement,
While feeling what you feel,
Wherever you feel it.
Maintaining your awareness of the fear,
The thought,
The emotion or the limiting belief that you are choosing to transcend in this moment in time.
Who is it that feels that I can't do anything right and why?
Or who is it that fears that I can't do anything right and why?
Or who is it that believes that I can't do anything right and why?
Whatever the statement,
Whatever the fear,
The belief or the feeling,
Keep repeating it to yourself again and again,
Either mentally or out loud,
If you feel comfortable doing so.
With intention,
With emotion,
With the energy of the feeling,
The fear or the belief that you are experiencing.
Really connecting and getting in touch with what you feel,
Completely.
Choosing to focus all of your energy on this process as you repeat the statement.
Focusing on all of the parts of you that are identified with this statement.
This statement which reflects a certain state of thinking,
Of feeling,
Fearing or believing.
As you focus on the energy while repeating the statement,
You become more aware of the underlying energy where it is stored in your body.
This allows you to clear and release it.
Who is it that feels,
Fears,
Believes and why?
As you continue to focus on the energy and where you feel it,
As you notice how it shifts,
You are liberating the old energy,
The stored energy in your body,
In your system.
Allying for something new to emerge.
You are consciously choosing to liberate this energy and all associated memories,
Recordings,
Emotions,
Feelings that would otherwise keep recycling through your mind,
Through your energy,
Through your body.
So for example when you repeat the statement,
Who is it that feels that I can't do anything right and why?
You are bringing up all of the associated memories,
Recordings,
Simulacra,
Sensations,
Feelings and emotions that make up this feeling.
All of the times,
Including the first time,
When this feeling of not being able to do anything right first arose,
They are all part of it.
And you are choosing to clear them all,
To free yourself from them,
To open yourself up to something new that is not that.
Letting go of the pain,
The suffering associated with this feeling.
Child parts,
Parent parts,
Recorded in you,
That still come up from time to time or that continue to come up and define your reality until you choose something new.
Let them all come up to be released,
To be cleared in the light of consciousness.
Processing them out,
Releasing them,
Bringing up the energy that's been stored.
Bringing it up to the surface to be released as it comes up naturally.
Realizing the illusion of it,
Even if you did experience it,
Even if you did feel it.
Realizing it was all created by you,
In your mind.
As you continue to repeat the statement and to let the energy release,
Maybe you feel a lot more relaxed.
Much more peace in your heart,
Much more ease in your body,
Quiet in your mind.
And maybe new feelings,
Emotions,
Fears or beliefs associated with this feeling that you're releasing come up naturally,
Organically.
Simply because they were imagined to be a part of this feeling,
Or they came up as a result of this feeling.
Let them.
Let the energy flow however it does while remaining relaxed,
Intentional and focused.
You might hear things like,
I'm not good enough,
I'm going to fail,
I'm bad,
I'm wrong.
Another statement.
Let the feelings come up,
And the words,
And the thoughts,
And the emotions,
And the energy.
And begin to repeat a new statement that reflects how you feel from moment to moment.
Begin to repeat,
Who is it that feels that I'm not good enough and why?
Or who is it that feels that I'm going to fail and why?
Or who is it that feels that I'm bad and why?
Or who is it that feels that I'm wrong and why?
Whatever it is,
Whatever comes up,
Feel it.
Whatever you feel,
Let yourself experience it fully.
And remember that repeating the statement in this way does not reinforce or revalidate it.
It helps you see it fully without escaping it,
Allowing you to see the energy that holds it in place.
So that you may completely dismantle it,
Free yourself from it.
As you see the illusion of it,
The falseness of it,
Maybe for the first time.
As you see it all emanating from your mind,
Your imagination,
Your conditioning,
Your karma.
Following the statements,
The emotions,
The feelings,
The energy in your body,
Tracing it back to the root,
To the source.
Where it was first imagined,
Created and revalidated again and again,
Mechanically,
As if it were true.
Bringing up the energy in the light of consciousness,
Where it can be re-understood and processed out.
Realizing that the interpretations and associated emotions that were first recorded were not real or true or valid.
They were simply interpretations.
Repeating the statement again and again,
However it comes to you.
It's safe to let go,
To let go of all of these interpretations,
To free yourself from them and the pain that comes with them.
As you re-experience these memories in a new conscious way,
From your adult self rather than your child parts or projected and internalized parent parts.
Things can shift and your energy can change completely.
The pain and the emotional charge can clear,
Giving you the opportunity to completely transcend this feeling or emotion,
Fear limiting belief.
Who is it that feels,
Fears,
Believes and why?
As you continue to clear,
To process out this feeling,
This emotion,
Fear or belief,
Ask yourself if you feel some relief,
Sense of opening,
Of clearing.
Noticing how you feel now after practicing these statements compared to how you felt when you first began.
How much more relaxed and at peace do you feel?
Notice the difference.
Connect the dots.
Seeing how this practice allows you to clear,
Open,
Release,
Free yourself from pain.
As you continue to clear more and more old fears and energy from your system,
You'll feel more creative.
And have more energy to invest in new things,
Relationships and ventures.
You will have freed yourself from repetitive cycles of negative thoughts and emotions.
And the replaying out of past situations,
Emotions,
Fears and unwanted emotions.
Free to create and cultivate something new,
Something that you choose.
Something that serves you.
And as you connect to your intention,
To your choice in the present moment,
To what you're choosing to embody,
To feel,
To model.
Let yourself come back to your body,
A new body,
A new self.
Noticing how different you feel.
Feeling grateful for feeling and experiencing yourself differently.
Through your effort,
Through your intention,
Through your choice.
And observe as you get back to your day,
This new way of feeling about yourself.
The new choices that you make as a result.
And the new life experiences that you enjoy.
Having fully realized that whatever you feel,
You can choose to change.
You can choose to understand.
And you can choose to clear,
So that you can feel differently and experience new ways of feeling about yourself,
Your life and your relationships.
