
Gratitude Guided Meditation | Remove Blocks To Gratitude & Liberate Energy For Creation, Love, & Joy
This guided meditation will help you clear, heal, and release any and all blocks to gratitude that have been preventing you from feeling completely grateful in your life, and therefore experience a more positive and enjoyable experience of life. By removing blocks to gratitude, you liberate creative energy for love, happiness, and joy and accelerate towards your intentions and goals. Learning to live in a state of gratitude invites synchronicities and miracles.

Gratitude Meditation Series Liberate energy to experience more gratitude.
This meditation includes the use of a Marmor point,
An acupressure point,
Which you can locate on your right arm about seven fingers width down from the base of your right wrist at the very center,
Almost halfway down your forearm.
And simply don't worry about the exact location,
Just feel it out.
Just find this spot at the center of your forearm.
And this is the point you'll be pressing in the first section of this meditation to help you access the content of your subconscious mind and liberate energy stored there.
This meditation can really help you to clear blockages and various beliefs,
Fears,
Associations,
And negative memories that actually tie up your energy and prevent you from feeling grateful more of the time.

So let us begin.
If you'll gently close your eyes and intend to relax.
Remember a time when you were really deeply relaxed.
And let yourself feel that.
Now,
Let go of the memory.
And stay with the feeling of deep,
Deep relaxation.
Of deep,
Deep relaxation.
Continue to relax.
Through your intention.
Through your breath.
Finding your body becoming soft.
And gently relaxing more.
Now for a moment,
Remember the pressure point that you'll be pressing in order to access your subconscious mind.
And clear the painful memories and the stored energies in it.
Without thinking about it,
Just feel it out and place your left thumb at the center of your right forearm.
Seven finger width down your forearm from the base of your wrist.
Don't think about it,
Just feel it and place your left thumb there.
Once you've got it,
Begin to press your left thumb on the acupressure point.
If you still feel the need to open your eyes for a moment in order to locate the point,
Go ahead and do it.
And then go right back to the level of deep relaxation you were at before you open your eyes.
And just relax.
Choose to relax,
Just to relax and let go.
And to enjoy the benefits of this deep relaxation.

Now keeping a light pressure on the pressure point or pressing and releasing continuously,
Imagine visualize see or feel a small white frame in front of your left eye towards the upper part of your left eye.
See or feel the small white frame in the upper part of your left eye while you keep pressing the pressure point in the center of your right forearm.
Feel the pressure relax more and more and more.
Line this white frame towards the upper part of your left eye.
Imagine visualize see or feel all of the blocks to gratitude that you experience on a daily basis.
Whether they be people,
Situations,
Events,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Circumstances,
Energies or even painful memories that trigger you or bring you some degree of suffering and that you want to let go of now.
Within your own heart formulate the intention to accept and feel the energy of acceptance,
Of healing,
Of surrender,
Of forgiveness.
An energy that is now emanating and generated in your heart.
An energy that will help you transmute all blocks to gratitude and all of the energies associated with them.
Become aware that the white frame in front of your left eye is expanding as you allow all of the subconscious blocks to gratitude to come to the surface and you become aware of them one by one.
See or feel the white frame continue to expand as you let all of the people,
Situations,
Circumstances,
Events,
Thoughts,
Emotions and associated energies projected onto the white frame come into your awareness to be released permanently.
As you do remember to continue to press the pressure point at the center of your right forearm with your left thumb.
Keeping a light pressure there or simply pressing and releasing.
Now as you continue pressing the pressure point on your right forearm seeing or feeling the white frame expanding infinitely.
Begin to repeat mentally to yourself I forgive you.
As you continue repeating I forgive you,
You are forgiving the blocks one by one by applying a gentle pressure to the pressure point and allowing for the content of your subconscious to continue to project onto the white frame so that it is cleared and released.
After a little while of repeating this process you may begin to feel yourself letting go of more and more painful memories feeling lighter more relaxed and maybe with less and less images or energies projected onto the white frame.
Whenever these shifts happens begin to repeat I'm forgiving you.
I am forgiving you.
Again and again repeating the statement I'm forgiving you.
Allowing for whatever surfaces as a result of this practice to simply come up as you relax into it and let go more and more and more.
Begin to see the white frame becoming smaller and smaller as more and more material from your subconscious comes to the surface to be cleared and released.
Relax into the feeling of letting go and surrendering the blocks to gratitude fully and completely as you continue with your clearing practice.
As more and more layers continue to come up and clear and more and more emotions release simply repeat mentally to yourself I've forgiven you.
I've forgiven you.
Keep repeating the statement I've forgiven you until you feel this weight lifted off your shoulders your chest your heart and your entire body feels so much more relaxed lighter and at peace.
Feel that level of peace fully and completely and enjoy it.
Feel the energy shifting within you as you are filled with a deeper sense of stillness.
And silence and enjoy it.
Now what used to be inside the white frame in front of your left eye has either completely or partially disappeared and the white frame continues to become smaller and smaller until it is once again empty and small.
Feel how good it feels to be free of these blocks these old painful memories the hurt that you had been carrying within yourself for so long.
Those misinterpretations of self others and experiences that were wearing you down.
Free of them feel the lightness the clarity the energy a freedom flowing through you.
So much new energy flowing through you liberated.
Tune into these positive feelings and sensations.
This new energy within the space of your body.
Feel the energy flowing through you.
Feel yourself alive energize through this release.
And gently place your right hand over your beautiful heart.
And sense your heart beating there lovingly effortlessly patiently.
Now as your hand rests on your chest imagine a beautiful being of blue light emanating from your heart.
And connect to this being in a state of gratitude of reverence and open heartedness towards them their energy and their benevolent spirit.
Feel their love and benevolence towards you and their intention to support your intention whatever it might be in the present moment in time.
Now imagine see or feel that this beautiful being of blue light is moving into a blue frame in front of your right eye and simply see or feel the blue light there.
Recognizing the energy of this being in the blue light now projected into the blue frame in front of your right eye.
Rejoicing and gently smiling to yourself.
Now imagine see or feel the blue frame in front of your right eye expanding until it fills your whole universe.
Encompassing anything and everything that you relate to and connect to within yourself and in your life.
Once the blue light has filled your entire universe it's now part of your aura of your energy field protecting you and keeping you in a positive loving good energy wherever you go all the time.
Feel that surrounded and floating in this positive loving good energy having let go of all of the blocks to gratitude.
Memories of hurt and people who you had felt had hurt you in the past or you felt you may have hurt.
Imagine yourself days months or years from now and what you will have received then.
Feeling meaningful to you a situation relationship a state of being that brings about deep feelings of gratitude or simply imagine yourself living your life in a state of constant gratitude.
Go into as much details as you can in your imagination imagining and feeling what your life will feel like and look like.
Letting yourself feel how good you will feel and feeling it right now.
And without waiting for it to happen feel it right now in this energy.
Smile at the thought and the vision of being here of having received your intention your miracle the deep sense of gratitude and truly enjoy it in your heart.
Once you're there in your heart in your feelings in your emotions with your whole body your right hand still resting over your heart gently tap your heart three times in order to anchor the energy of gratitude in the space of your heart.
Know that you can return to this energy to this state of being anytime you choose to focus in that space.
And when you're ready filled with gratitude surrounded by the blue sky soaking in it soaking in that love that benevolence that good energy you can gently and lovingly open your eyes.
That's all reality.
