Once you become aware of the energetic connections you subconsciously create,

Recreate,

And continue to engage in involuntarily,

You can consciously choose to come back to the present moment and cease to connect with people,

Places,

Objects,

Situations and relationship dynamics and patterns that are no longer serving you and that have generated energetic drain and emotional overwhelm for you in the past.

Recalling and reclaiming your energy means being more present and grounded and able to consciously create energetic connections and relationships that are supportive of your deepest intentions and goals.

So let's begin.

If you'll find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down,

And once you're there,

If you'll allow yourself to find comfort within your own body,

Intending to relax,

Choosing to relax,

And to let your breath gently and progressively lengthen and deepen as you relax more and more,

Watching your breathing become easeful and relaxed as you intend to relax more and more,

And feeling yourself become deeper and deeper relaxed as you relax your breathing more and more,

Becoming aware of the connection between your intention and your breathing and the level of relaxation that you experience,

And truly appreciating how relaxed you can become when you intend and choose to,

Using your breathing to support your level of relaxation and well-being.

The more relaxed you become,

The deeper you can go within yourself.

And so,

Choosing to take this journey deep within as to experience deeper healing and well-being and to recall your energy to yourself,

To become more present and grounded in the moment,

And so closing your eyes and feeling yourself relaxing even deeper,

Deeper and deeper relaxed through your loving intention,

Deeper and deeper relaxed through your conscious breathing,

Deeper and deeper relaxed through your gentle commitment to yourself to experience peace and well-being,

Deeper and deeper relaxed,

Choosing this deep state of relaxation and well-being that allow for a greater sense of inner peace and awareness to emerge,

Just like diving at the bottom of the ocean on a choppy day to experience calm,

Stillness and silence,

And neutrally observing what is happening on the surface as well as underneath the surface,

What may be generating noise and unsettling,

Noticing all that arises as the observer without getting pulled into the drama,

The agitation,

The unrest,

Simply choosing to rest your awareness on the deep stillness and silence that is always here underneath the surface when you simply breathe and become present with what is.

And so,

As you continue to relax and observe without attachment or aversion all that arises,

If you'll begin to place your awareness in the area right above your crown,

At the very top of your head,

About 6 inches above,

Resting your awareness in this space and sensing,

Feeling,

Visualizing or imagining the energy in this space right above your head,

Feeling more and more energy building in this space by simply resting your awareness there and intending to feel the energy there too,

Without force or expectation,

Simply through your awareness.

And as you maintain your awareness in this space,

Right above your head,

If you'll sense,

Feel,

Visualize or imagine a bright light emanating from this space in the shape of the sun,

Right above your head.

As you maintain your awareness there,

More and more light and energy continue to build there,

Feel that and realize that the sphere of light energy above your head is beginning to grow,

To expand,

To magnify in energy and power,

Encompassing and emitting more and more light right above your head.

This is the energy of your soul that you are now becoming aware of and magnifying through your awareness and intention.

Feel this energy building up and radiating into your field,

Sensing,

Feeling,

Visualizing or imagining that this sphere of light is as strong and powerful as that of the sun.

Feel the beneficial effects of this light,

Of this energy,

Flowing down into your head cavity and your entire body as it continues to radiate into your energy body and field and imbues its energy into every part of your being,

Healed and dissolved in the light,
