
Practice For Brain Coherence & Higher States Of Consciousness
This guided practice aims at bringing about brain coherence and higher states of consciousness, with the intention of walking up the ladder of consciousness towards enlightenment. It's inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza, and pulls from various disciplines and traditions of meditation, yoga, qi gong, and visualization. Through a disciplined process of pulling the energy from the lower energy centers into the brain, the spinal fluid becomes activated and electrically charged leading to an accumulation of refined energy of a higher quality and vibration in the brain. Not only does this supports greater communication between the various centers in the brain, leading to greater brain coherence, it also activates the pineal gland and supports the activation and opening of the third eye.

Meditation for Brain Coherence and Higher States of Consciousness This meditation is inspired by the scientific work of Dr.
Joe Dispenza.
It pulls from different traditions,
Includes breathing,
Energetic locks,
And visualization processes of bringing the energy from the lower energy centers into the brain in order to increase electrical activity and allow for the pineal gland to activate and to create polarity between the lower energy centers and the upper energy centers in order to create an electromagnetic field around the body.
So begin by finding a comfortable position,
Preferably sitting up,
Closing your eyes,
Relaxing,
Focusing on your breath,
Slowing it down,
Lengthening it,
Becoming more and more present by focusing on your breath,
Feeling yourself in your body,
In the space of your body,
Breathing,
Letting go of thoughts,
Relaxing more.
Now as you focus on your breath,
Imagine that you can follow the flow of your breath and that the energy is moving up from the lower energy centers,
The perennial floor,
All the way up to the upper energy centers,
The perennial floor,
All the way up to the pineal gland,
To the top of your head,
As you inhale,
And allowing for the energy to flow back down as you exhale.
As you follow the flow of breath and the flow of energy,
As it moves through the body,
As you direct your attention and your intention on that flow of energy,
You feel more and more energy building up in the region of your brain,
More and more energy building up in the region of your pineal gland.
Maybe you can locate,
Feel,
Visualize or imagine where the pineal gland is located at the center of the brain.
Maybe you can bring your finger at the top of your head and push down gently,
So that you can connect to that space and draw the energy through your intention to that space.
Following the flow of breath,
Up and down,
More and more energy flowing up,
Building into the brain as you inhale,
And relaxing,
Releasing the energy flowing into your body as you exhale.
Now on the next inhale,
Begin to pull the muscles of your perineal floor in and up as you inhale,
And still follow the flow of breath,
The flow of energy all the way to the brain,
And then relax,
Let the energy flow down.
Inhale,
Pull the muscles in and up,
And relax,
Let go.
Following the flow of energy from the perineal floor all the way to your brain,
To your pineal gland on the inhale,
Releasing,
Relaxing on the exhale.
Let this pulling of the muscles be gentle,
Effortless.
Now on your next inhale,
As you pull the muscles of the perineal floor in and up,
You're also going to pull the muscles of your lower abdomen in and up.
Following the energy as it flows up,
As more energy gets pulled,
As you pull up those muscles,
As you draw the energy from the lower energy centers,
Up the central channel into the brain.
Relaxing,
Releasing,
Letting go,
Allowing for the energy to flow back down into the body,
While more and more energy is building into the brain.
You may become aware of this energy building into the brain as you use those locks,
Those energetic locks,
As you pull the energy from the lower energy centers,
The first and second energy centers.
You may feel tingling,
You may feel some sensations at the level of your brain,
Of your skull,
Of your scalp,
As you continue to draw the energy up into that center and activate the pineal gland and bring an electrical current into the brain.
Now on the next inhale,
You'll be pulling the muscles of the perineal floor,
You'll be pulling the muscles of the lower abdomen in and up,
And you'll also be pulling the muscles of the upper abdomen in and up.
Engaging the three locks,
The three energetic locks of the three lower energy centers,
Pulling all of the energy up the spine,
Up the central channel,
Into your brain,
Into your pineal gland,
Feeling more and more energy building up there.
Relaxing,
Releasing on the exhale,
Letting go,
Allowing for the energy to flow back down,
While noticing that more and more energy is accumulating in the brain.
Energy that was previously stored in the lower energy centers is now being drawn up and stored into the area of the brain,
Pineal gland,
The higher energy centers in the body.
Continue pulling the muscles in and up,
Drawing the energy up the central channel,
Alongside the spine,
Up into the brain,
Into the pineal gland,
Activating the higher energy centers,
Building energy.
You may feel more and more activity,
Sensations,
A sense of calm,
A sense of wholeness.
Continue pulling the energy up,
Drawing the energy from the lower energy centers,
Up into the brain,
Into the pineal gland,
Into the upper energy centers,
Bringing more and more energy,
Building more and more energy in the brain,
In the pineal gland,
Noticing any changes in how you feel,
What you experience,
Any physical sensations,
Emotions.
Now on the next inhale,
You'll be pulling all of the muscles on the perineal floor,
The lower abdomen,
The upper abdomen,
And at the top of your inhale,
As the energy moves up,
Into the brain,
You'll be holding the breath in and pulling the muscles in and up a little more,
Gently,
As you hold the breath in.
And then relaxing,
Releasing,
Ensuring that this is all gentle,
It's not forced,
There's no strain,
You're not bringing the body into a state of fight or flight by stressing the breath or by stressing the pulling of the energy.
You're gradually learning to pull these muscles in and up to create those energetic locks,
And to pull the energy up into the brain gently,
Lovingly.
Now continuing this way,
Bringing the energy in and up as you pull the muscles in and up on the inhale,
Holding at the top of the inhale,
Holding the breath in and pulling the muscles a little more,
Observing more energy being pulled into the brain,
Into the pineal gland,
As you hold and pull a little more,
And relaxing on the exhale.
As you continue to harness more and more energy from the lower energy centers,
You continue to build more and more energy in the brain,
In the pineal gland.
You may have a sense of electrical firing taking place in your brain.
Maybe you see light behind your eyes,
Tingling sensations at the level of your scalp.
Just notice whatever you become aware of,
Any activity in your upper energy centers in your brain.
Continue with this breath,
Relaxing,
Feeling the brain becoming more and more active in a coherent,
Non-stressful way,
More and more energy building up in the higher energy centers for you to connect to higher levels of consciousness,
To gain insights,
New understandings about yourself,
Your life,
Any situations that has been challenging in the past.
Being able to access solutions to perceive problems that seem to be unresolvable.
As you pull the energy from the lower energy centers,
The energy of any shame,
Guilt,
Any negative emotions in those lower energy centers,
The energy can now be used for a solution,
For resolution,
For understanding.
Keep building more and more energy in the brain,
More and more energy in the pineal gland,
Feeling yourself with a lot of energy in your brain,
In the pineal gland,
Connecting to the field around you,
The field of consciousness where all possibilities exist.
Sending a signal from your brain,
From your pineal gland into the field,
Connecting to maybe an intention that you have,
Something really meaningful to you.
While you continue to breathe in this way to cultivate more and more energy into the brain,
Into the pineal gland.
Cultivating and bodying the energy of your intention,
Feeling yourself in alignment with that intention as your brain enters a state of coherence.
Validating your own experience by exploring,
Not having an expectation of what it might look like,
Simply exploring the feelings,
The sensations,
The different visuals.
Whatever you experience is good.
Notice it,
Feel it,
Connect to it.
As you feel the brain filled with energy,
With electricity,
And the upper energy centers activated,
More alive,
More awake,
You can begin to connect also in your heart to feelings of gratitude for this experience.
Feeling grateful for yourself,
For committing to this meditation,
To doing this practice,
And for the experience that you're having in this present moment in time.
Feeling good about yourself,
About your process of life,
Of spiritual evolution.
Opening your heart to all possibilities,
All the possibilities that exist in the quantum field that you're now accessing through brain coherence.
And as you feel grateful for this experience,
When you connect to your intention,
The intention that you're broadcasting,
You also feel grateful for this intention as if it was right now manifest,
Received.
You receive this experience right now,
Feeling grateful for this experience,
Your heart begins to also go into a state of coherence.
And you may notice as your heart and your brain go into a state of coherence,
That you feel a field building around you expanding,
Taking you away from the past and the confines of your physical body into the field,
Expanding,
Opening,
Reaching out and collapsing space and time,
So that possibilities in the future collapse into the present moment and you're no longer separate from them,
As your emotional state,
Your state of gratitude,
Of heart coherence,
Is in alignment and a reflection of these experiences.
Feel yourself in your future,
Right now,
Experiencing yourself exactly as you want to experience yourself,
Feeling good,
Feeling whole,
Feeling connected,
Feeling awe,
Bliss,
A deep presence that doesn't need anything.
Now from this space of brain and heart coherence,
Feeling gratitude for this experience,
For this time in the present moment,
For this time of completeness,
Of wholeness,
Slowly begin to come back to your new body,
To your new self,
Changed by the experience,
And slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And gently open your eyes.

Wow! 🤩 Been reading Joe Dispenza and found your meditation. As I entered this higher, coherent state using this technique I felt fear coming up… I guess my ego felt frightened to let go and become no one, no thing… Just this lightning bulb full of energy… I will return to this practice to practice letting go and be loving to myself and my fear in the process. Wonderfully guided. I just found the end cuts off a little abruptly. It could have a music fade out. Here and there the music is a little choppy and needs a crossover. That's fine-tuning. Loved it and will definitely use this again.

That was amazing! So happy that I tried it. I’ve heard you mention Joe Dispenza’s name in some of your other mediations but I wasn’t really familiar with him until now. I had a wonderful buzz and relaxation after this one. Although, one question, how often should I breathe while doing this? I did repeatedly with few pauses but maybe it’d be better with more?
