Hello Derek ! I really enjoyed working on the second chakra, I don't usually refer to these places as "chakras" but the intention is the same. The transition between low lunge and pyramid requested a few feet adjustments and as I am not all about asanas 😉, I added 14 minutes of 14 seconds square Ujayi pranayama. I definitely liked the end quote, I feel like a waterfall now (especially after one last Handstand to rebalance). Thank you, looking forward to Day 3 ! 🙏

Hello my old ashtanga fellow ! I really like the small and subtle ajustments you are adding to the flow, the fluidity. Practicing ashtanga myself, I couldn't help myself not to jump durung the vinyasas 😁. A bit too much talk for me and I didnt need the bible quote, but this is personal. Looking forward to Day 2. Thanks !
