Lesson 1
Morning Yoga To Boost Energy – Wake Up Flow
The theme for today's lesson is 'Wake Up'. Rise and shine, you are now awake! What is the first thing you do? Do you check out your phone? The moment you open your eyes can be treated as a sacred ritual.
So get on your yoga mat, light up your favourite incense or candle, and FEEL the sensations in the body.
Starting the day positively sets the foundations for a bright, sun-shining day, both within and without.

Lesson 3
Yoga For Clarity & Direction
Welcome to Day 3 of the 10-Minute Yoga Ritual. Today's class is all about the arrows and directions that we set in life. Those missing targets, but also the ones we hit right in the center.
Picture this. When you are using Google Maps to find directions for your destination, the app must know your current location. Otherwise, it cannot draw a line from point A to point B. Similarly, in life, we should first establish where we stand in the present moment in life. Once we know where we stand and are comfortable, we then state and affirm our destination.

Lesson 4
Move Into Action – 10-Minute Yoga Flow
Today's class reminds us about our actions in life. Many of them are sitting on the shelf gathering dust. Break away from the mundane day-to-day and invite one single step into your life that gets you excited. If it makes you smile both in your heart and eyes, it’s something you should follow through.
This is Day 4 of our 10-Minute Yoga Ritual. Today’s theme is about ‘ACTION’. Bring forth positive actions so that we can create the life of our dreams.

Lesson 5
Build Your Daily Yoga Habit
In this yoga practice, we will introduce the power of habits and how they can transform our lives if chosen wisely.
“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going” - Jim Ryun
When faced with a mountain of tasks, it is no wonder we procrastinate. It is only natural.
By breaking down the mountain into smaller chunks, we can transform procrastination into creation. Replacing old habits with positive, fresh, & New ones to make our lives better. You Deserve it, I Deserve it. The important thing is that you believe you do. Read this again.

Lesson 6
Body Awareness – Mindful Yoga Flow
Do you find yourself slouching over the desk? Are your shoulders and neck tight and stiff? This yoga class is about your body language and how you can improve it.
“Your body language shapes who you are” - Amy Cuddy
Consciously altering our body language can reflect the same qualities in our mind. Physical exercise can help improve one's posture, especially through yoga.
I personally work a lot of hours behind a computer, and I love it. However, this can have a toll on my posture and physical well-being. To support my desk culture, I practice Yoga regularly. This helps to open up my chest, strengthen, and support muscles that are needed to maintain a healthy spinal column.

Lesson 7
Being Present – Gentle Yoga Flow
With no time to catch your breath, not even in the so-called ‘breaks’, you might find ways to fill each minute with a ‘doing’ activity. Scrolling on social media or watching television. The mind is in constant exposure to stimulation.
During this yoga practice, let’s allow nothingness to take place. Quiet mind = Healthy Mind

Lesson 8
Transform From Within – Mindful Yoga Flow
This Yoga Class is about Transformation. We all can bring about change in our lives. The key aspect is making a conscious decision and taking the first step.
Here is a quote that motivates me and keeps me going!
“We are like caterpillars contemplating pupation.
No longer will I spend my time roaming around the underside of foliage.
Life must be a preparation for a transition to another dimension” - Terrence McKenna
This is one of the hardest obstacles to overcome because we resist the NEW and become comfortable with the familiar.
So are you a caterpillar? Or a butterfly?

Lesson 9
Cultivating Gratitude – Gentle Yoga Flow
Today, we practice gratitude for the things we have in life. Thankful for our circumstances, situations, health, monetary aspects, etc. Here is a prayer that I really like: “Thank you God for all that is, and for ALL that isn’t.”
We have plenty of blessings in life. We also have the absence of life-changing health issues, calamities, and world disasters. Being thankful for the things we have but also for the ones we don’t is key to understanding the true nature of gratitude.

Lesson 10
Time To Arrive – Gentle Yoga Flow
Do you feel that you are running out of Time? The end of the day is approaching, and you are nowhere near finishing your tasks. This class is about dedicating time to what matters. In this case, YOU!
You might think that you don’t have enough time, but perhaps you spend it on the wrong things. Recognize where you use time on unnecessary areas of your life and initiate change.
Well done for showing up for 10 days on your yoga mat. Today’s yoga class is about ‘ME’ time, recharging your batteries so that you can go out into the world, refreshed and renewed.
