If therefore thine eye be single.
The whole body shall be full of light.

Blink the eyes open.
In this yoga class we have tapped into the sacred energy of the third eye.
In my personal life practical matters regarding the third eye,
I try and avoid fluoride.
This is found in many things that we consume on a daily basis,
In particular toothpaste.
I try to find fluoride-free toothpaste.
It is said that this substance calcifies the pineal gland.
The inner eye in our mind the engineered cone that brings about inner vision and getting a fluoride-free diet helps to cleanse that,
To help it open,
To help it see.
Now a visual fasting is important to maintain in our daily lives.
We are constantly exposed to computers,
To smartphones.
Our eyes are always out on the look.
Sometimes just closing the eyes and just maintaining a state of stillness and silence helps to detox the inner eye.
Even just staring out in colors of nature.
It helps to detox.
And get our eyes to a healthy state.
Consume one third of the oxygen that the heart requires.
So that's a lot of energy taking place in the eyes.
Thank you so much for trusting me to guide you through this process,
Through the yoga class.
With much love.
Namaste.
