So just make yourself nice and comfortable.
Just adjust your body.
Adjust into whatever you're lying or sitting upon.
Feel how comfortable your body is.
And feel how wonderful your body is.
It moves you around this life.
It goes everywhere with you.
It is the physical manifestation of your soul.
And it is the most perfect body for what you need to do this life.
Honour your body and the choices that you make.
Be impeccable with what you put into your body.
And that not only includes food and drink,
But that includes what you think,
What you listen to,
What you watch.
Be impeccable.
And only focus on things that give you joy.
That are a part of your purpose.
That are helping you to move forward in your life.
That doesn't mean that you can't experience contrast.
But when you are experienced in difficult situations,
Allow yourself to be present.
To be fully present in the moment.
And just as a little reminder of what presence feels like,
Of what being in the now feels like.
It is now.
And now.
And now.
It is being in the flow in the zone.
And you will move out of that when you begin to attach to any thoughts that you have.
When you follow those thoughts into the future or into the past.
As soon as you connect to a thought,
Another thought will connect to it.
And a momentum will build.
And you have just now moved yourself out of the present moment.
You are either in the past or in the future.
And so when we are talking about being in the now,
That's what that means.
That's what it is to feel that.
It's unconditional.
And it is where your power lies.
It is where your empowerment is.
And it is where all of your dreams and desires are.
Bring your focus to your breath.
And just breathe in and out.
Use the breath as a focus to be fully present right now.
As you breathe in,
Just draw your awareness within.
And as you breathe out,
Just gently,
Gently let go.
Surrender.
Surrender all things you no longer need.
All of the things that are irking you,
Upsetting you,
Annoying you.
Just let them all just gently slip away.
And as you breathe in,
Just draw your awareness deeper within.
Moving away from the outside world into your inner world.
And as you breathe out,
Just breathe out anything that holds you away from your inner peace.
Because it's not your stuff.
It's somebody else's.
It's conclusions that you've come to.
It's beliefs that you've been told to think.
That they all hold you away from you,
From your inner peace and your truth.
This is a time to practice coming back to your center.
So that you can do it more and more in your waking life and feel empowered.
Find your power and live your dreams and your desires.
Breathing in and breathing out.
The breath of life.
Each breath gives life to your body.
Allows your soul to experience,
To look out through every cell within your body and experience this most magnificent life.
And your soul family and the source all look through the cells.
Your cells,
They look through your eyes,
They hear through your ears.
Because you are a part of them and they are a part of you.
We are all as one.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And feel the absolute beauty and wonderment of life,
Of creation,
Of experience.
And imagine that the room is filling with a beautiful soft pink light.
The color of rose quartz crystal.
And this beautiful light surrounds you in a bubble of light.
And you now feel yourself floating within this bubble of light.
You feel so light,
So relaxed.
At ease,
At peace.
And floating in your bubble of light,
You begin to feel this bubble moving upward,
Upward to the ceiling,
Through the ceiling,
Through the roof.
It is the most magical experience as you gently float higher and higher.
Higher and higher.
Out into the night sky,
Under a canopy of stars which are all twinkling,
Shining gold and silver.
Just allow yourself to float higher and higher.
Feel how beautiful it is.
How peaceful you feel.
How connected you feel.
And as you move higher and higher into space,
One particular star seems much brighter than all the rest.
This is your star,
The star that you are.
And you feel yourself just floating towards it in your bubble of light.
This star becomes brighter and brighter.
It fills your vision with light.
And it is so bright but it doesn't hurt your eyes to look at.
It feels so familiar.
You know you've been here before.
Allow your heart to open.
Allow every part of you to open to the star that you are.
And your bubble of light moves into the star,
Into the light.
And all around you is this beautiful light from the star.
There is a warmth and a love,
An unconditional love.
A feeling of absolute security and safety.
You know you're exactly where you need to be right now.
And your bubble of light leads you right into the middle of this star.
Into a most beautiful temple made of light.
And your bubble of light just slips away from you.
And it will wait outside your temple to take you back.
And you stand in this temple of many colours,
Opalescent,
Iridescent colours shifting and moving like nebulous clouds.
Pulsing in and out.
Spiralling inward and outward.
Such beauty.
Spirals and fractals and sacred geometries surround you.
You begin to sense an energy around you.
A familiar energy.
And a beautiful light being is materialising in front of you now and another and another until the temple is filled with these beautiful light beings that you recognise as your soul star family.
There is a sense of excitement that you are here.
And you embrace,
You begin to embrace them one by one.
And you feel this absolute sense of coming home and belonging.
And feel that in your heart and hold that in your heart.
Remember it.
Remember that feeling so you will never ever feel alone ever ever again.
And one particular light being,
A member of your star family steps forward and wants to give you a message today,
A message just for you from your family.
Listen with every part of you.
Wake.

And you gently float to where you came into this temple.
And your beautiful bubble of pink light is waiting and it surrounds you.
And you feel yourself floating again in your pink bubble.
It feels so easy and healing and cleansing and clearing.
You are you.
You are becoming more of you.
You will always recognize yourself.
Your beautiful bubble of light just gently,
Gently begins to move down through the heavenly bodies and the stars.
Still underneath you is Mother Earth.
Your home this life.
This beautiful blue and green planet.
And from this vantage point,
She looks so beautiful,
So peaceful.
The higher you go,
The more peace exists.
And as you're gently floating down to the earth,
You may like to send some healing to a person,
To a place,
To a situation or to Mother Earth herself.
And imagine that you're sending this beautiful soft pink light of love,
Of ease,
Of soothing,
Of healing.
And just intend to send it wherever you want to send it and so it shall be.
And as you're floating further and further down to the earth,
You are amazed to see a beautiful pink aura forming around the earth.
And it even feels like Mother Earth is breathing deeper,
Breathing it in and thanking you.
And you gently,
Gently move downward.
You can see your country.
And as you move down,
You can see your city.
You can see your house.
And you gently move through the roof,
Through the ceiling,
Into the room where your physical body sits in a chair or lies on bed or the floor.
And just simply hover for a moment in your bubble of light and observe your physical body.
Observe the absolute beauty and wonderment of you.
And you may like to send some healing to yourself.
And gently,
Gently your bubble of light moves downward and you merge with your physical body.
And you watch as your pink bubble of light just slips away through the floor into the earth for the healing of Mother Earth.
And again she thanks you.
And you feel yourself uniting with you.
And it feels like you've come home again.
Feel into your heart.
Feel into the physicalness of you and the magnificence of your body.
From this moment onward you will live your life with renewed vigour,
A different perspective,
A different perception on your life.
