Welcome to this meditation,
Inspiring the possibility of manifesting the life and health of your dreams.
Start by finding a comfortable position and checking in with your posture.
If you're lying in bed that's okay too.
Keeping your upper body straight but relaxing into your position.
Finding a comfortable and balanced position that's going to be easy to maintain for this short meditation.
Allow your neck and your shoulders to feel soft.
Rest your hands on your thighs and feel the weight of them.
Then allow your attention to go to your breath as it naturally flows.
Just being aware without forcing the breath one way or the other.
Relax all the muscles in your face and allow yourself a soft smile.
As you settle in allow yourself to set aside any distractions and allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Notice how you're feeling.
Are you well rested or are you still tired?
Do you have a feeling of anticipation for your day or perhaps you're feeling nervous about what's ahead of you.
You're simply observing and noticing exactly how you feel.
Now tune into your breath.
Breath flowing in.
Breath flowing out.
One breath at a time.
Feel your chest rising on the inhale and melting on the exhale.
If you find your mind wandering you can try counting the breath to quieten the mind.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Staying with the breath until all of your focus is simply on your breath.
Feeling your ribs and lungs expand as you breathe in and releasing and settling as you breathe out.
Each breath you take is a fresh new breath.
Let go on each breath so that you can greet the next.
And now relax your attention on the breath as you shift your awareness to the intention you would like to bring to your day.
May be move through each hour of the day with a calm and peaceful mind.
Or bring curiosity to your day.
Perhaps make a new friend.
Or resolve a conflict with an old one.
Perhaps your intention is to practice patience.
Possibly you want to be more productive or connect with creativity.
Whatever is coming up for you,
Breathe into that intention and let it take root.
Allow your senses to be awake to your intention.
Notice any sounds or sensations or feelings around that intention.
Let everything be included.
Saying yes to the moment to moment experiencing.
Allow those open thoughts,
Relaxing through your body,
Relaxing through your heart.
And now pulling life into you,
Saying yes to life.
Surrendering to the life that's already here.
Seeing the mystery and fastness of who you are.
Saying yes to your health.
Saying yes to more energy.
Saying yes to living pain free.
Saying yes to better sleep.
Now become aware again of your in breath and your out breath.
And as you remember the intention that you've set,
Gently allow yourself back into the room.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
