Meditation for creating a vision board.

I am now setting the intention that I will get exactly what I need from this goal setting activity.

It is completely safe for me to set the goals that I will accomplish.

Goals are part of my life purpose,

My birthright,

To live a life full of heart.

And I enter this meditation with heart,

Love and light.

With your eyes closed,

Breathe slowly and deeply.

Be aware of your breathing throughout this exercise.

I will now count down from 10 to 1.

With each count,

Feel yourself becoming more relaxed.

10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Now imagine that there is a long cord attached to the base of your spine.

Going down through the floor,

Down through the foundations,

Deep into the earth.

If you wish,

You can imagine that these are the roots of a deep tree going into the ground.

This is called a grounding cord.

Now imagine the energy of earth is flowing up through this cord.

Flowing through the soles of your feet,

Up through your spine,

Up the chair,

All parts of your body and out of your head.

The roots of the earth flowing through your body and out through the top of your head.

Now imagine the energy of the universe is flowing into the top of your head.

Feel this energy flowing through you,

Through your body and down through the grounding cord,

Deep into the earth.

Now feel the flow moving back up through the grounding cord and up through the top of your head and up into the universe.

Feel both of these energies flowing in different directions and mixing harmoniously in your body.

This meditation keeps you balanced between the cosmic universal energy of vision,

Fantasy and imagination and the stable earthy energy of the physical plane.

It creates a balance that will increase your sense of well-being and your power of manifestation.

This grounded state that you are currently in,

But at the same time having direct connection with the universe,

Allows you to let go of your mind and connect with your heart.

Now imagine your heart filling up with light.

Slowly step into this light.

As you enter this light,

Imagine walking up to a door.

This is a door to the palace of possibilities,

The door to your innermost dreams and desires.

These dreams and desires have always been here,

Possibly since childhood.

You may have forgotten many of these dreams and desires and now is the time to rediscover them.

This palace of possibilities is sectioned into different areas of your life.

Your family and relationships,

Your work,

Your career,

Your finances,

Your health,

Body and well-being.

Your home life,

Your social life,

Your spiritual life,

How you have fun,

The children you wish to have,

The things you wish to learn,

The places you wish to travel to,

The experiences you would like to have,

The people you would like to meet.

Don't allow your inner critic to censor any of this.

If you hear any doubtful voices,

Don't give them power by paying attention to them.

You are in a safe and playful state of fantasy and anything is allowed.

What do you really desire?

What does your heart really desire?

In this world of infinite possibility,

You can have,

Do or be anything that you want.

Remember that what the mind believes,

We can truly achieve.

Allow yourself to explore those different areas,

Your relationship,

Your family,

Your work,

Your career,

Your body,

Your health,

Your well-being,

Your spiritual life,

Your social life,

How you wish to have fun,

Things you wish to learn,

The people you wish to meet,

The family you wish to have,

The experience you wish to have.

Anything is allowed.

Take a few more moments to explore your imagination.

Now,

As I count slowly down from 10,

I want you to come gradually back to full awareness.

Make notes of anything that came into your mind as you went through the meditation.

These are important insights into your heartfelt dreams and desires.

Any words and images that came into your head will help you to formulate your vision for your future.
