Finding focus with fire energy and being bright and aware.
And this meditation belongs to a series of nine.
And these are nine meditations that you can do in nine days,
All designed to bring you clarity and focus.
In this meditation,
We use words and sounds that hold the energy of fire energy of the Tao.
We've captured the sound of fire energy for you.
And both the words and the sounds are designed to relax you,
To bring you to focus.
You know,
Fire energy,
It brings courage,
It is clarity,
It is sparkle,
It is thoughtfulness.
And fire energy brings you peace,
Happiness,
Focus,
And releases anxiety.
I invite you to close your eyes,
To bring your focus to my voice,
Allow your mind and your body to relax.
At a fundamental and a subconscious level,
You know how to do this.
Just let it happen.
Stay with me.
I'm here.
Just relax.
And first I'll introduce you to the energetic sound of fire energy.
Stay focused on the sound.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Coming back to the sound actually fine-tunes your focus.
And next we'll breathe in sync with the sound of fire energy.
Let's start with one bigger breath,
Bringing air deeper into your lungs,
And then expel it completely.
And then settle into your regular breathing,
Your lovely quiet breathing.
You're breathing at your own pace,
And your breath will automatically find its own rhythm at the pace of the sound of fire.
Just relax,
Lovely soft breathing.
You are receiving focus and synchronizing with fire energy.
And words are pockets of energy,
And the words that contain fire energy are bright and aware.
You are aligning with this focus through sound in this meditation.
You are confident and clear.
And fire energy brings courage.
It is clarity.
It is wisdom.
It is clarity,
Sparkle,
Thoughtfulness.
When fire energy,
It brings you peace,
Happiness,
Focus,
And releases anxiety.
And come back to your breath.
Find yourself breathing in sync with the sound once more.
Receive the focus that fire energy brings into your life,
Breathing with it.
And state along with me,
