Meet your Teacher

Dr. Debra Ford MSc.D has spent more than thirty years exploring and teaching the wisdom of the Tao and its connection to everyday life. Her work focuses on emotional awareness, relationships, parenting, personal growth, and living with greater balance and reflection. She is the author of Understanding Behaviour: How What You Notice and How You Respond Shape Your Life; Living the Tao; The Tao and the Art of Parenting; and the Unique Child series of reflective children’s books, which gently explore individuality and emotional wellbeing through storytelling and reflection. Through teaching and guided reflection, Debra invites people to approach life with greater awareness, compassion, and understanding.
