This meditation is about focus and generosity.
It's about finding focus with wind energy,
Being curious and being kind.
This meditation belongs to a series of nine focus meditations.
These are nine meditations that you can complete in nine days.
All designed to bring you both clarity and focus.
In this meditation we use words and sounds that hold the energy of wind energy of the Tao.
We have captured the beautiful sounds that represent wind energy.
Both the words and sounds are designed to relax you,
To bring you to focus.
And wind energy is kindness,
It's generosity,
It's always moving,
It's gentle.
And wind energy brings you peace,
It brings you happiness,
It brings you focus and releases anxiety.
I invite you to close your eyes,
To bring your focus to my voice.
Allow your mind and your body to relax.
Know at a fundamental and subconscious level you know how to do this.
Just let it happen.
Stay with me.
I am here.
And breathe.
And first I'll introduce you to the energetic sound of wind energy.
Stay focused on the sound.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Coming back to the sound fine-tunes your focus.
And next we'll breathe in sync with the sound of wind energy.
Let's start with one lovely bigger breath in,
Bringing that air deeper into your lungs.
And then breathing out and expelling it completely.
Settle into your regular breathing.
Breathe at your own pace.
You'll find your breath will automatically find its own rhythm at the pace of the sound.
Lovely soft breathing,
Receiving the focus and synchronizing with wind energy.
And words are pockets of energy and the words that contain wind energy are curious and curious and curious and curious.
We are curious and connected.
And you are aligning with this focus through sound in this meditation.
And you are kind,
You are generous,
You're always moving.
And wind energy is kindness and change and gentleness.
And wind energy,
It brings you peace,
It brings you happiness,
Focus and releases anxiety.
And come back to your breath.
Find yourself breathing in sync with the sound once more.
Receive the focus that wind energy brings into your life,
Breathing it in.
And state with me,
I align with wind energy and I am curious and I am connected.
We're coming to the end of our meditation together.
Express gratitude for wind energy that focuses you on being kind and generous.
