Finding Focus with Water Energy – having flow and empowerment. This meditation belongs to a series of 9 meditations, in 9 days, all designed to bring you clarity and focus. In this meditation, we use words and sounds that hold the energy of the Water energy of the Tao. Along with specially captured sound effects representing Water energy. Both are designed to bring you to Focus. Water energy is fluid, flowing, reflective, and still. Water energy brings you peace, happiness, focus, and empowerment. There is no particular order for the meditations in this series. Practicing for 9 consecutive days is the way to work on your Focus. I look forward to meditating with you tomorrow.

Hello friends,

Dr.

Debra here.

This meditation is on focus and acceptance,

On finding focus with water energy,

Having flow and empowerment.

This meditation belongs to a series of nine focus meditations.

These are nine meditations that you can do in nine days and they are all designed to bring you to clarity,

To bring you to focus.

In this meditation we use words and sounds that hold the energy of water energy of the Tao.

There is some beautifully captured sound representing water energy.

And both the words and the sounds are designed to relax you,

To bring you to focus.

And water energy is fluid,

It's flowing,

It's reflective,

It's still.

And water energy,

It brings you peace,

Happiness,

Empowerment.

It helps you find focus and release anxiety.

I'd like you to close your eyes and bring your focus to my voice and just allow your mind and your body to relax.

You know,

At a fundamental and subconscious level,

You know how to do this.

Just let it happen.

Stay with me.

I am here and just breathe.

First,

I'll introduce you to the sound of water energy.

Stay focused on the sound.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Coming back to the sound fine-tunes your focus.

And next,

We'll breathe in sync with the sound of water energy.

Let's start by doing one bigger breath,

Bringing air deeper,

Deeper into your lungs.

And then expel it completely.

And settle into your regular breathing.

Breathe at your own pace.

Your breath will automatically find its own rhythm at the pace of the sound.

Lovely,

Soft breathing,

Receiving the focus and synchronizing with water energy.

And words are pockets of energy,

And the words that contain water energy are flow and empowerment.

And you are aligning with this focus through sound in this meditation.

You are fluid,

Flowing,

Authentic,

And still.

And water energy is compassionate and confident.

Water energy brings you peace,

Happiness,

Focus,

Empowerment,

And helps you release anxiety.

So come back to your breath.

Find yourself breathing in sync with the sound once more.

Receive the focus that water energy brings into your life,

Breathing it in.

And quietly with me,

State,

I align with water energy,

And I am confident,

And I am deep.

We're coming to the end of our meditation together.

Let's express gratitude for water energy that focuses on flow,

On compassion,

And on confidence.

Let's do a lovely,

Deeper breath in.

And then let it go.

Let it go.

One more time,

Breathing in the always heart-centered and calm focus of water energy.

And know that you are safe,

And all is well.
