This is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and settle. With the breath as your guide, this practice will help you release tension, quiet the mind, and bring a sense of ease back into your body. In just a few moments, you'll create the space to soften, reset, and return to yourself with a little more calm and clarity. From my heart to yours.

Easing your way into a comfortable seated position,

Gently closing down the eyes or maintain a soft gaze.

Let's start by taking three deep cleansing breaths.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling fully.

Allow your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.

We'll begin this practice by checking in with the abdomen.

Is there any squeezing,

Clenching or restriction in the abdomen?

See if you can invite a softening with each breath.

Allow your awareness to stay with the natural rise and fall of the belly as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Notice how the belly rises on the inhale and effortlessly falls on the exhale.

Stay present to this feeling of breathing.

Now feel the air as it travels in and out of your body at the nose.

Feel the cool air come in through the nose and down into your lungs and the warm air leave your nose on the exhale.

Feel that nourishment pouring in on the inhale and releasing any stress or tension on the exhale.

Just sit,

Be and breathe.

Now begin to drop the focus on the breath.

Pay attention to the sounds around you.

Become aware of your body sitting here in this moment.

Bring some small movements to your fingers and your toes and when you are ready gently blink your eyes open and return your attention to the room.

You can stay here for as long as you would like but this is where I will leave you with my guidance.

Thank you for practicing with me.
